From the start till the end a terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Avoid them! They will rip you off on your working hours! They will NOT support you at all! The WORST agency not in London, in the UK! DON'T believe on good reviews,they were posted by their own staff! Just KEEP AWAY! I just regret my time wasted with them! They ripped me off on my hours,they are rude and unresponsive to your claims! JUST AVOID! And they call themselves "award-winning"! It's a joke!

I worked for this company back in 1998-99. Awful rates of pay even for then, no extra money for night work of course, which they were always trying to push on me, with the expectation that 14 consecutive 12 hour shifts was a perfectly reasonable work load. I had to work something like eight shifts to earn what was still less than £400 gross.
After over a year of working for them, somebody tried to aggressively push their way into the lodge where I was working.
The response of the company was to immediately stop sending me any work, no communication with me. I had nothing to live on just before Xmas and New Years 1999, which should have been a busy time for me and they only bothered to post me a P45 about three months later.
Awful Dickensian employment experience.
I only looked them up recently to see if they were actually still in business. They are still running the 'concierge' line because presumably they still don't pay enough to attract proper security staff who have a SIA licence.

The worst agency ever
Have signed up with Abbatt since June and i have never received any jobs. I have maintained in contact by email and telephone all what you hear is we will get in touch if we have something comes up.
Also on their website they advertise a lot of jobs and if you visit one one of their properties, you will find their team just looking tramp and very unprofessional.
I am qualified Arabic and Russian speaking, I am fully trained on every system and also i get familiar with any software very fast. were their team doesn't know how to use the computer.
Mind these guys they will waste your time and your family's time and also their pay rate is very cheap
