Completed a first aid course in April 2025. Graham is awesome. Everything is very realistic and informative. You can tell Graham has lots of experience and has fine tuned how to deliver first aid training. The timing, the practicality and not to mention the banter all helps the course be enjoyable. Thanks for answering all our questions too.

Completed the course yesterday. Graham was great, informative, helpful and made learning fun! Did the blended course and the online learning was easy to do and straight forward. Would recommend and will be using again for future first aid courses.

Graham from ABC KickStart First Aid Training made everything associated with the training session very easy. The communication + booking was smooth and flexible to our requirements and the course participants reported back on his friendly manner and supportive teaching style. Everyone came away feeling clued up, refreshed and comfortable that they knew their roles if there were to be an emergency. Would definitely recommend to any organisation needing this training and we will use for our top up training in the future.

This is my second Paediatric First Aid Course I’ve completed with Graham. Graham is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The first course was classroom based on both occasions and the second was half and half. I found the e-learning very rewarding and informative, just very long. Took 5 hours to complete with a half an hour break.

Such a comfortable way of learning and fun. I learn so much on these courses. Graham is so lovely and makes the learning of such a serious subject light amd easy to understand.

This was my first time with Grahame and I found it to be an excellent course. Grahame runs a friendly course and found him to be serious but uses humour as well. I would definetly recommend this company. I prefer the blended course as you can do online but is always good to have practical group learning too.

My son and I attended a 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course with Graham who is an expert in his field. The course was invaluable and we learnt so much through practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises for different scenarios. This is a course I would recommend without hesitation if you are a business owner or an employee in the workplace.

Just completed my Paediatric First Aid course with Graham. The quality of training was exceptional, benefitting from Graham’s many years of experience and his great sense of humour! I particularly enjoyed the Q&A’s and the practical simulations. Graham’s training approach creates confident First Aiders through a relaxed classroom environment in which everyone can feel comfortable asking as many questions as they wish. I would highly recommend this training provider.

I've recently renewed my paediatric first aid with Graham, and once again he made the two days fun and informative. He teaches in a way that make the information stick with you and I can not recommend ABC KickStart highly enough!

Graham and his team are fabulous. They completed a 2-day paediatric course at our school for two dozen staff members and I recently completed by 3-day First Aid at Work certification. The feedback on the 2-day was excellent and the 3-day course I attended was first class. I really learned so much from Graham. He is such a lovely personable man and makes the learning valuable, easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be using again for all our first aid requirements.
