Since being purchased they’ve outsourced their call centre. You now get through to rude staff who do not understand you and make incorrect bookings. This was my go to taxi firm but seriously gone down hill since purchase

Worst taxi place! Pre booked an important taxi! No show, bloke on phone useless and was gonna be another 25 mi s snd so ruined our Xmas day out as tried to get bus and had to come home as it was too late! Awful company
