Poor service
I have booked Abicare Covid kits for the last six months (PCR initially and thereafter Day 2 kits when the rules changed) without any issue. Then, last week no kit arrived. On contacting the company they announced they do not provide to my area (Aberdeen).............after 6 months impeccable service? Nuts

The test kit was here on my return
The test kit was here on my return, but the number on the kit did not match my return to UK test number. To their credit, they answered the help line straight away, but then advised taking a photo and submitting the result on their App. This was impossible, as there is no functionality for doing so, at least when the App is opened in Safari. In the end I took a photo separately and sent it as an email attachment...

The only downs on your service were…
The only downs on your service were trying to get through to you on the telephone as at times I had to wait for ages as well as not sending out a PCR test during the Christmas rush, which was corrected quickly once I phoned
However apart from the above I rate you 5 stars for

Easy to navigate site. Delivered LFT on time. Had trouble using the scan feature but photo of test result was quickly confirmed in just 2 hours.

They delivered on time
They delivered on time, only hitch was I was still abroad on delivery day and at last minute had to arrange for someone else to receive package. I wasn't told of this prior to booking and paying for test.
