Booked a LFT for return to UK after trip to Canaries. I found the whole process easy to book and the LFT was delivered on time, to my home, as per Abicare Health instructions. Took the test and had the result within two hours, no problems at all.

Test arrived on time
Test arrived on time. Instructions were easy to follow. The QR code wasn't recognised but I sent I photo of the test and this was accepted.

LFT test supplied unusable as missing reagent.
Customer Service advised I should have waited for delivery of replacement. Am NHS surgeon needing to return to work next day to avoid cancellation of an entire theatre list, so used reagent from my own identical NHS test kits.
Credit Card company will chase supply of defective goods.

Quick and efficient response.
Received the confirmation e-mail soon after I uploaded the images.
Only problem was that the QR app did not seem to work or recognise the kits, hence causing a bit of concern and anxiety.
Thankfully, this did not last long, as the confirmation e-mail followed fairly quickly.

Ok but slow delivery
This is the second time I’ve ordered covid tests from Abicare. The first time was great - so I gave a 5 star Trustpilot review and became a returning customer. Second time was less than great, so I’m offering another review to be consistent in my feedback (ie both good and average experiences). Ordering was easy (Day 2 tests, priority service). But the kits arrived 2 days late, ie on Day 2. I contacted Abicare via their online portal on Day 1 (when they were already 1 day late) as we were getting anxious about their arrival by that point - no reply then or ever. So customer service was poor, as was the delivery time. But the process for ordering these kits was easy and the price is reasonable

The test was delivered on time, and the emails arrived quickly. There was a problem in scanning the QR code: the website didn't recognize it for some reason (it said it didn't belong to them), but I could take a picture instead.
