Easy to use website prompt delivery and timely delivered results.

Good service, only useful in UK
Had to pay a 20£ test just to get a simple test costing pennies.
Probably the only think suitable in UK where people can't be trust anyway.
Did the 2 day isolation, plus test 2nd day.
I think all this process is useless and inappropriate.
No physical check during the isolation and a test who could be done by my dog.
In Europe antigen by laboratory is under 20£
While cost is double in UK
So if UK was not so greedy the test could be done seriously and avoid a lot of a death.
But hey here the culture is to lie and to trick people.

Did not receive the kit on time, so I have to get a new and already tested. The kit arrived when I did not need it and still it is sealed as I have no use for it now.

Best experience with abicare health

Basically everything was ok. I would have appreciated some more advice on timing. With an arrival at my destination on Monday 2pm and not being allowed to do the test more than 24 hours in advance, timing was a critical issue. Somehow the sending of the photo didn't work.
When I eventually got someone on the phone shortly before boarding the aircraft, you were friendly and helpful, and the issue was solved very quickly. But one doesn't feel comfortable to be without certificate that close to boarding...

Tests arrived on time. Taking a picture of the QR code on the lateral flow test didn’t work, but there is the option to upload a picture. We got the certificate shortly after as expected.

Quick and effecient service for a travel antigen test.

The kit, instructions and process were fine. However, booked well in advance the kit was attempted to be delivered whilst I was still abroad - twice. Then had to be collected from a supermarket whilst I was self isolating. It should have just been delivered on day one of isolation. Also, it would have fitted through the letterbox anyway.

Only comment the web site for payment is a nightmare needs a close look, the 16 digit payment is all mixed up so to enter you have to go back to front.
Otherwise the content explains well, staff at the clinic polite and efficent.

Very good service - easy to book, easy to do the tests, quick results. The instructions supplied with the test kits do not correspond fully to the way the system works, but are good enough to work things out. I've used Abicare a couple of times for different types of testing, and both times I was very pleased with the service.
