I'm back again. They finally replied on the 14th of January 2022. They promised me my refund for my day 8 test. I was supposed to be receiving a separate email confirming the payment. I'm still waiting. It's the 26th of January 2022 now. I just wrote another email chasing the refund. This is crazy now. I am getting angrier by the day. This is outstanding since June 2021.

Horrendous service, don't expect any response
I have ordered a rapid lateral day 2 test for my travel, but UK has updated the rules to mandatory PCR test. So I have tried to tell them to delay my test instead of having the choice they have offered on the automated email:
1) paying more for upgrading to PCR test, or;
2) cancelling the test with £7 cancellation fees
I thought they were very good in agreeing to change the dates, except I no longer hear from them for a confirming the change of date.
The telephone line is just ringing with no answers. I feel like I can't trust them for receiving the test I've paid for.

I was getting my hopes up after seeing their first response, to which I immediately actioned the received advise. Still nothing.

The test kit and results arrived quickly and effciently. The platform to submit results was easy to use. The QR code on the test kit didn't recognise but just took a picture of the strip and submitted.
