Very fast and very helpful!!
While booking, I made a mistake. I contacted the helpdesk by phone and after that by e-mail and they were extremely helpful! They replied my e-mails very fast and everything worked out perfect. I was sceptic at first (booked it from the Netherlands) but next time I wil most certainly contact Abicare Health again. And to Christhoper; you really are the best. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

efficient COVID testing
I got an antigen Day 2 test from Abicare Health delivered by post. Fast delivery and fast results. The only thing is that the test I received did not have the correct code - however, this didn't end up being much of a problem, just a mild inconvenience.

The app didn't recognise the QR code on the cartridge, but did take a picture of the result which was uploaded. The confirmation was sent within 30 minutes. Great service, good value for money. Why send the test when you know I'm not here to sign for it?
The test was couriered to my address the day before I said I was arriving in the country. So obviously I wasn't here to sign for it. Last time it was sent on the day of travel and so, guess what, I wasn't here to sign for it. Why not courier the test the day AFTER arrival?
And as before the portal didn't work to send the results so I had to send a photo.
