New mobility scooter

I required a new mobility scooter and visited the Cheltenham store looking for guidance. I was given excellent advice and shown a variety of products and given the opportunity to drive several and gauge weight, length etc, Ultimately, I chose an excellent product that would not have occurred to me without their guidance and at no point did I feel under pressure to buy. Overall, the advice was excellent and I am very happy with my new scooter.

Best Customer Service

An excellent company to deal with. Staff in the Paisley showroom are very knowledgable and patient. No hard sell at all. I took my mother in twice to look at and discuss stairlifts and then ordered one by phone. Craig and Andy came to fit it and were the way workmen coming into your home should be. Arrived on time. They explained everything and were clean and tidy in their work. They took time to explain everything to my elderly mother and made sure she could operate the equipment. My mother is quite reluctant to accept any aids but felt comfortable enough to go back to the showroom a few days later and we purchased a rollator.
-The store itself has many aids for daily living and is worth a browse. I highly recommend this company.

Exceptional service and vital services for those with mobility difficulties.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ableworld in Woolston Southampton. They have previously helped me with servicing my powerchair. Staff are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs and provide an exemplary service going above and beyond to problem solve and solve problems which evolve when suffering from mobility issues. I would personally like to Thank Jeff and Aimee for their patience, kindness and professionalism in helping me fix my old chair and order a new powerchair. You have no idea how much I appreciate the service you provide. This equipment is vital in order for those with disabilities to gain and withhold their independence and pride.

looking folr a lighter wheely frame

I went onto the website looking for a much lighter four wheely frame I can more easily fit into the car. I found exactly what I needed, and placed the order. I was given VAT refund which reduced the cost
what really surprised me was the sheer speed of the delivery. I have spent hundreds pound with this company over the years they are excellent

A Brilliant Company

A fantastic company to deal with from enquiring about a stairlift for my dad to the stairlift being fitted took just two weeks. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The Assistant Manager in our local Wrexham store was brilliant and got the ball rolling. The staff in the office were very helpful and extremely supportive. Finally Ryan who came to measure dad’s house and also fitted it was superb, very friendly and professional. He explained fully how to operate the stairlift and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much it’s been a pleasure to deal with such a friendly, helpful and professional company.

We visited Ableworld at Wigan in order…to look for a mobility scooter

We visited Ableworld at Wigan in order to look for a mobility scooter for my husband, we were welcomed by Peter the sales person who was very patient and friendly, offering all the information about the scooters we looked at. He took the time to dismantle them, explaining everything about the machines, allowed me to try to put them in my boot too judge the weight and to see if it fit! We left that day to think about which would be suitable. He was not a pushy salesman. We checked out two other shops, but returned to Wigan as we thought the service was especially good. June who was working there was also a friendly and caring sales person. I would recommend anyone to try the Wigan showroom. We did purchase a scooter and an arm chair!!
