Never received our order
Never received our order, despite several reminders and goods being paid in full. Further correspondence with vendor and their confirmation goods will be send soonest didn’t result in receipt either. Avoid, cannot be trusted.

Hi Lisette - your order is not dispatched, because you did not provide correct address. We have contacted you several times to date but there is no response from your side. You should first kindly look at your emails / junk mails and find our emails and give us full address with street name , door number, city, country, post code. It is impossible to send goods without a valid delivery address.
A good product at a fair price
I really don't know what to make of this company. They advertise a diverse range of unrelated products, many of which appear to be out of stock! However they dealt promptly with my order for a bamboo bread slicer, which is a good product at a fair price. I would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't used Hermes as a carrier.

Product arrived broken
The website was extremely hard to use on my phone as it kept crashing when completing the contact form, which they have said they will look at. The lack of response to their customer service email address was concerning as was the number in the website no longer available.
It was not terrible service as I had first thought, as they have informed me that this was later found in their spam. The product arrived broken!!!!!
I had emailed 3 times before writing this review. After writing my review however, I have received a full refund. They are going to speak with the delivery company about the breakage.

Purchased a cycle saddle and the first…
Purchased a cycle saddle and the first time i used it in the rain the red colouring came off and stained my shorts. I thought I’d phone to talk to someone on their 0844414872 number but doesn’t work. I tried the online customer service fill in device and that doesn’t work so I’ve sent it back and they’ve received as I tracked it. I’ve emailed the company and hopefully I will get a reply soon.

Impossible to contact
My Hermes left parcel in garden and it went missing. Tried to contract ABN finest and their web form just keeps saying error. Phone number doesn’t work no reply from email.
Had to claim refund from bank will never use this company again, it’s impossible to contact
