Couldn’t fault our holiday to Exmouth last week. The Cavendish is in a good location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, tasty food. Enjoyed the excursions & had a friendly, capable driver.

Was a lovely holiday, weather was just nice, not too hot. Had nice free day in Largs, relaxing after a long journey. Visited some nice places on the next two days.Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Good choice of meals.
Journey home took a long time due to traffic on motorway. Overall a nice break.

We have just got back from Torquay Devon had a week stayed at the Regina Hotel we enjoyed it also Alfa Travel was Absolutely fantastic they certainly know how to look after you The Driver Neil was very friendly we got to know him in the week we was there what a lovely man he is he certainly knows his job the days we was on the trips he explained everything while we going through the beautiful countryside of Devon we are waiting for the New brochure to come out so we can book another holiday with Alfa Travel

The Queens Hotel in Blackpool was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food and entertainment were good. The location of the hotel was very handy.

Easily booked. Gave our requirements which were adhered to. Stayed at the Regina in Torquay facing the marina and on the flat so easily accessible.

Holiday was well organised, excursions were excellent, driver was friendly and helpful, hotel staff were very efficient and helpful. However the hotel is tired, and our room was at the back of the hotel and very small making comfort limited. This hasn’t put us off travelling with Alfa again, but probably not to this hotel.

My fellow travelers made the week very special I’ve never laughed so much, the day trips were very well organised and Our driver Steve was very helpful as most of the passengers were elderly with mobility issues he was always cheerful never complained about all the walkers and even a wheelchair he had to load or unload .
Only one lady was a constant complainer every day she found something wrong with the trip or the meal which I found excellent .
I am so looking forward to my next trip to see Andre Rieu.

The weather was excellent, Hotel good, trips out very enjoyable. Good company throughout.
Very informative and careful driver (Jim) lots of interesting history included.
Feeder coach (to Bedford) driver rather brusque at times, lots of comments about other people's driving heavy on the brakes and loud music!

Enjoyed a lovely holiday in Bridlington hotel was great, had a lovely room on the 2nd floor which was excellent as I don't use lifts. Food varied and tasty served by really nice waiters and waitresses nothing too much trouble. Good trips and excellent driver Ian. Would book again at this hotel with Alfa.

Excellent service from great drivers and great hotel staff and great food and atmosphere

Just back from another great holiday with Alfa. Can’t really fault anything; travel was comfortable and well organised, driver friendly, hotel was good, perfect location with helpful staff. Excursions good, and generally had a fun week away. Have tried other coach holiday companies, but always come back to Alfa. Stress free and value for money.

Great driver John, the hotel, food, and trips were all very good.
Westher was nice which is always a bonus!
The hotel would benefit from an outdoor area to have a drink, or food, this would also raise revenue for Alfa.
Entertainment was good. My room was tiny, I feel persecuted for being a solo traveller, let us solo travellers have a larger room please!

We like the Queens hotel in Eastbourne having stayed there a few times lots of people say it is dated which is true but we have found it clean and comfortable and also has a lot of character plus the staff are very helpful and friendly. The meals are fine and the choice of breakfast is excellent

The seabanks hotel is in walking distance of the sea ,I had a sea view beautiful,the staff at the hotel was friendly attentive and was always there if I needed assistance,I am a single disabled traveller,felt like home

We both had a truly lovely time at dunoon,Hotel is set in Beautiful surroundings and weather was brill ,food excellent and our waitress for the week was Absolutely amazing what a asset to the company is skye noithing was too much trouble for her and always a smile ,big shout out to the lady on reception who manged to book us another holiday for October to Torquay.

The coach driver was absolutely brilliant. He made our holiday the best we have had in a long time.
He didn't just dump us back at the hotel as soon as the booked excursion was over, he took us to other places of interest. we had a really great time.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Travel both ways very good.
Hotel room recently updated (we were fortunate to have room on 4th floor with an on suite shower room). Other guests not so lucky!
Food in restaurant of good standard and well prepared. Menu restricted to 3 choices.
Service staff in restaurant not sufficient to cater for 2 coachloads of clients.
Evening meals took 1.5 hours.
Buffet hot breakfast above normal standard.
Position of hotel in nice area.
Both day trips were enjoyable.

Lovely location for a short stay good hotel needs a little attention in places shower in my room not very powerful and lack of warm water, lack of entertainment and quality of it magician preforming will you are trying to eat your evening meal and also playing a movie another night, great trips out but left in towns to long to walk around shops

The coach was clean and tidy ,and on time ,our driver josh was absolutely brilliant,he went above and beyond,such a lovely young man,the hotel was lovely,a great holiday altogether,
