My parcel has came one day before. I wouldn't expect, but I was happy.

I tried to contact them to cancel an order. They refused to reply to my emails and their phone number is no longer in service. awful customer service !!
Quick follow up, they called me today I guess because of my review and offered me a return label. Apparently they didn't receive me email ?? Why does it take a bad review rather than an initial email to get a response ?? Will improve the review score but let's see if they do send a return label first.

Great product, appears exactly as on the website and delivered very quickly.
Found that the buttons to adjust the angle and height were a bit stiff initially, but they have loosened up a little after adjusting a few times and are much easier now.

Not a good experience unfortunately. Purchasing the item through ABN Finest was not a problem and the delivery arrived pretty quickly. What actually arrived was different to what I ordered, the measurements were wrong according to the websites product information at time of order. That is where the fun started, ABN Finest disputed the dimensions that I had and made it difficult to do resolve. Eventually I had no choice but to contact PayPal resolution center who after one week manage to arrange a refund albeit I had to pay for the goods to be delivered back to ABN Finest which was not right especially as their website is still showing the incorrect dimensions. I suppose the lesson here is to read the websites returns and refund process before you place an order through a website that you have never used before. I don't think I will be using this one again.

I have tried to return the product i purchased but the company has no returns policy.
The phone numbers listed are both unobatinable when you call.i have sent 3 or 4 emails and only been answered once
Very unsatisfactory, i will report to retail ombudsmen if i do not get any correspondence by tomorrow

Wonderful product & excellent customer service. Prompt service, kept up to date with dispatch & delivery progress. When 1 item on my order was out of stock, my account was refunded to the amount immediately, without fuss.

Happy with purchase. One little blip. After paying by PayPal which went through correctly got an email saying there was a problem with my payment. I forwarded on the payment receipt and received the order. Well packed, arrived in good time.
