Disappointed with the customer service
I am disappointed with the product that I purchased as it turned out it's too small for my laptop. That's okay, it happens. I thought I could easily return it (no damaged, wrapped in the original package, barely touched). I contacted customer service via email a week ago requesting a return and a refund. However, nobody has got back to me yet , and the customer service number on the website is paid (I certainly do not want to spend half of the item's price being kept on hold). I will definitely not be shopping from ABN Finest again since it seems impossible to return an item and request a refund.

We sent this parcel on 28th Sept however due to issue at the courier depot it was processed on 29th Sept. Delivery is still within 2-3 days delivery expectation as specified on our website.
Item still not received after 4 days
Paid extra for 2-3 days delivery.Ordered still not received after 4 working days.
