This is the fourth time we have used Abode to rent our Property and have also recommended them to friends who received the same faultless service. Again I could not fault them, the property was rented out within days! Katrina was so professional and provided me with constant updates.. I also want to praise Sue and Helen from the Formby branch who provided me with all the information regarding selling another property and I will definitely be using them in the future.They are an excellent team and I can not praise them all enough!

I cannot praise abode highly enough for their care and attention in selling my home. I would particularly like to thank Ann Roberts who went above and beyond to get the sale through despite very poor communication from lower down our chain. I am sure without Ann’s hard work and dedication the chain would have collapsed. Thank you so much Ann!

If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Katrina went above and beyond to help me. Everything was clearly explained and all procedures were made simple. She replied quickly to all of my queries and was always friendly and happy to help. I would recommend the Abode Group to anyone who is looking for a professional and expert estate agents.

The two ladies, I had dealings with while buying my first home, Hollie Bray and Ann Roberts, were a delight to work with. The communication was quick and professional, they were helpful and attentive through the process.

Amazing to deal with from start to finish, Katrina dealt with us! Great communication and generally lovely person! Highly recommend.

I have had a few dealings with abode and I feel that they pretend to be a good friend to gain your trust and will do anything they can to get a sale !!! In the end, my offer I had put through on a house to a lady who had strung us along from the beginning for which abode knew more than they let on, had to be pulled in the end, at no point were abode keeping an eye on things and Anne in the office did not take the word of my surveyor on a few snags, did not believe the sale would go through and seemed to keep this information from us costing us over a thousand pounds extra for fees!!!! We actually got another estate agent to sell our house very smoothly and for a cheaper fee and purchased my dream house through a different estate agent who handled everything excellent with no input from abode!!!!! I am more than happy now but would not trust them at all.

Tried to buy 2 properties through this agent & have never seen agents this unprofessional. No updates or no returning phone calls after an accepted offer. If you are a serious vendor do not waste your time with these clowns as they belong in a circus. They did not even pass on one of our offers to one seller and they should be lucky I did not directly notify the vendor of this as they were legally obliged to do so.
