I can confirm what others have said. Do not use this company - it is a scam. Paid 250 for wall lights that never arrived and then they do not respond to emails.

I placed an order and received confirmation that delivery would take approximately three weeks. After three weeks, my login still says, "Item has not yet been shipped!" They haven't responded to my emails! I've sent several emails. I can't reach them by phone, and neither can I use the live chat. Do not order from them under any circumstances! It's nothing but trouble!

Avoid at all costs. Bought 4 spotlights. They are cheap plastic rubbish and one doesn't work.

Flagged to customer service on 13/01, was told a replacement would be sent on 14/01. Zero update since then despite numerous requests for updates.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. An update on my last review of this company. I moved into a new flat 15 months ago and had to buy a lot of stuff for it. Much of this was ordered online. Abode Jungle promised much but delivered little. First of all they sent the wrong colour of ceiling fan and it took 4-5 weeks to arrive rather than the 2 weeks promised. I told them I’d accept the correct one if it could be delivered in the promised two weeks. This they told me they could do but no, they didn’t. I then cancelled the order but they went ahead with the delivery anyway. I then spent weeks trying to get an address from them to return the fans. They wouldn’t give me one. In the end I claimed from my credit card company who upheld the claim and refunded what I’d spent.

Terrible customer service, ongoing issue trying to resolve for over two months now. Product has gone faulty now virtually unusable. Sending multiple emails a week with no response.

The product we ordered was nice but quickly went wrong. We spent £159 on a ceiling fan and light but as of yet have no hope of seeing a repair or refund.

Pls be careful when ordering been waiting 2 months for my light. Carnt give me tracking details now they have lost it now they don’t want to give me my £300 bk emailed them few time no answer have to claim bk thru my bank as a scam people don’t buy from them

I bought a Hanging Pendant Industrial Glass from Abodejungle which was delivered damaged. I have been waiting for over 4 months now to receive a replacement. While the customer service is responding to my emails, their response always is " they are checking on the shipment status". This is the worst customer service I have experienced. This company should not be allowed to operate in Europe.

I ordered two lamps on the 31st of December and my credit card was charged immediately. I received an order confirmation the same day I placed the order.
I wrote to them the 14th of January asking where my delivery is and received a lame answer with apologies for delays during Christmas! They should look into it immediately and come back to me.
I wrote to them again the 21st and yesterday the 23rd and they still haven’t answered!!
I will now cancel my purchase.
So to conclude - stay away from this company.

The quality of the lights I’ve actually received is very good but I just want what I ordered! Is that too much to ask??
Sadly this company’s customer service is shocking so I won’t be recommending or using again

I purchased a lamp for £50 (through a website recommended by my client) and received no support whatsoever. There is no phone number to contact, my emails were ignored, and no refund has been issued.
If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will be formally reporting the company to my bank, consumer protection authorities, and — if necessary — pursuing legal action.

Stay far from this company they scam you. I purchased a lamp ( my client give me the website)... i pay 50 pounds, no one to call, no one give me refound, no one responded to my email.

Do not trust this company. I paid £400 for some outdoor lights and have not received any shipping details, no confirmation, nothing. I have sent email after email and had no response from them - only to my first email asking for an update, they claim that the “shipping emails” were having some problems and it is likely my order has been shipped. 30 days later still no response. I wish I read the reviews properly before ordering from this company.
