When I send emails now it saying note to self never had that before from any other emails.
This has happened since I kept messaging and they basically told me to stop or MY EMAILS would go into spam and I would go to the back of the queue for my refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered two outdoor lights in July 2025, and it is now December 2025. I've had no communication from Abode Jungle, unless I email them chasing, then I get a reply saying 'sorry we are looking into this for you and will update asap' - I then hear nothing for weeks unless I chase. No proper apology, no resolution, no phone number to speak to anyone.

Do not trust this company. They have ignored emails for weeks regarding a refund I requested, which I originally requested because the product wasn’t what it said it was. They have continuously ignored my emails time after time . Do no engage with these scammers. Even the product I did receive was cheap and nasty and cost over the odds for what it was. Regret ever buying from them.

Complete scam website. I ordered lights 2 weeks ago and nothing turned up. No response to emails, no phone number available and no one on the so called instant chat!

I am having to raise a charge back with my bank now.

These guys are not trustworthy so please save your money,

Design and functionality are good and customer service was friendly. Craftsmanship is decent, but there were a few issues. Overall, it's okay, but not great.

Order still not Delivered, No Tracking, Limited Contact. No one is helping or replying to my questions despite payment sent over 2 months ago. All I am getting is it is in progress. Would not purchase from them again

Do not buying anything from this company!!!!

They responded well to my emails prior to ordering but as soon as payment was made they stopped replying. They told me it was shipped but never gave me a tracking number.

Terrible experience ordered a ceiling fan in June, which still has not arrived. I requested a refund and received no response. Awful!
