Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience. As your role is rather new to the network (posted quite recently) I would recommend reaching out to HQ to see if they can help. Taking a quick glance, I can see that applications are in fact coming through, but you have indicated that you would prefer if job seekers send resumes to your email address directly. They may in fact be mixing in with other applications from other sources. If possible, please reach out to your designated AJB rep and they can try to help.
Sorry that your experience hasn't been at the level you had initially expected. Thank you for supporting a local Canadian organization instead of a Massive multinational corporation.
