Outstanding customer service. The product was exactly as shown. I purchased it with little time before Christmas eve, but arrived on time. Unfortunately I couldn't get the extra strap promotion they offered, as the one I wanted was not available. I wrote them this morning (Dec 27th) and within a couple of hours they responded giving me a discount code to benefit from the same promotion.

Astonishing Customer Service
Amazing watch. But what was even more amazing? The customer service of course!!! It came up a need to return the first watch that I received and believe it or not I got a new one within 4 days, including the days of the returned one, and to notice that I live in Athens.
