Zoe was an excellent trainer. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and I found out things I didn’t know before even though I’ve done previous first aid courses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to do a first aid course.

Fantastic first aid at work course delivered by Zoe, detailed enough to feel equipped explained in a way it is easily understood. Zoe is a very approachable personal who is open to any and all first aid questions.

Zoe delivered Paediatric and Early Years first aid traing and while she was very professional, she also was relaxed, put everyone at their ease, even maked it light hearted when she could. The resources were up to date and very informative. There was also an online training course to be completed before we did the face to face training. Highly recommended.

Experienced lecturer with a sense of humour. When you have renewed your certificate for at least 13 times it can be very boring. This was an ok course.

The course was really helpful and very informative.

This course was well ran and organised. The equipment is modern and their was a variety of props. The actual delivery of the course was clear and precise and the lady delivering the course was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this course! 10 out of 10.

Zoe came and ran a first aid course for our pupils and was fantastic, she was informative and kept them all thoroughly engaged throughout. We have already booked another course for the staff!

This is the second time we've used Above All First Aid training for our charity. Zoe is a brilliant trainer and we all came out feeling very strongly we could manage to perform the appropriate first aid in an emergency situation.

Great session with Zoe looking at Emergency First Aid at Work, and Zoe also tailored the course to include Paediatrics. Really helpful to not only work with an excellent teacher, but also with someone who has first hand experience of working alongside paramedics in the field. Engaging, Informative and really good fun. I left the session feeling confident and well informed. If you are looking for First Aid training that is personable, detailed and packed full of essential information, then Zoe is the person to book!
