Je suis navrée de lire que vos réservations ont été annulées par le propriétaire.

Je vous confirme qu'en cas d'annulation de la part de celui-ci, vous devez être remboursé à hauteur de 100% du montant réglé. Sachez que vous pouvez voir depuis votre espace vacancier si le propriétaire a bien lancé le remboursement.

Une annulation faite par le propriétaire impacte négativement les performances de son annonce et ceci a été mis en place pour préserver la bonne expérience des vacanciers sur Abritel. Vous pouvez également contacter notre service client afin que l'on fasse la vérification avec vous.

I made a reservation for a studio in…

I made a reservation for a studio in Amsterdam that was online and I got than the message from the owner that he was still adjusting his prices. So my reservation got a much higher price. I refused the reservation. But I think this is not correct and that a home must only go online when the prices are fixed.

Premièrement je vous remercie d'utiliser le site Abritel pour votre recherche de location de vacances, et je suis désolée d'apprendre que les tarifs n'étaient pas à jour sur l'annonce sélectionnée.
Les propriétaires possèdent un compte en ligne depuis lequel ils renseignent leur annonces, leur disponibilités, leur tarifs et depuis lequel ils gèrent les demandes de vacanciers et de paiement qu'ils reçoivent.
Je peux vous assurer que nous les relançons régulièrement à ce sujet et que nous les pénalisons lorsque ce n'est pas fait.

Nous avons conscience qu'il est plus que désagréable de passer du temps à solliciter des annonces et d'obtenir des informations incorrectes, c'est pourquoi je vous invite à le signaler aux conseillers de notre Service Clients par Chat ou téléphone via la rubrique "Nous contacter" de la page aide : htttp://aide.abritel.fr. Ils pourront rappeler au propriétaire nos conditions générales d'utilisation.

I would like Abritel changes...

There are houses/appartments that don't have photographs, and the owners don't answer... It mskes us loose a lot of time!You should not offer these places in your web page.
Besides, owners pull prices up when there are visits in their pages, in a few days. It's not fair
