Absolute Home Textiles are based in Swan Lane Mills in Bolton UK, a former cotton mill that is Grade II listed. Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

Shrinkage an issue with satin stripe bedding
Bought a large amount of satin stripe bedding two years ago. It was a very mixed bag of quality and soon had stitching issues and shrinkage. Will have to replace it all now just 2 years later as the duvet covers and pillowcases have shrunk too much to fit, but will not be using this company.

Towels not what are advertised
Don’t expect towels to turn up looking like they are advertised!
My ‘Silver’ towels were actually a dusty pinky- grey colour.
Was basically told I should have ordered a facecloth first to see the exact colour and that the cost of postage would be deductible from any refund.
Not being convinced I would get a refund will use for my dogs as that are all they are good for.
There not the same Egyptian quality towels they advertise and overall extremely poor responses from customer services.
Avoid, and don't waste your money buying from this company.

We are very that the customer was not happy with the Towels they received.
The advise about the Facecloths is stated on the product page for the Towels so that customers can see the colour they order.
The customer wanted to make a return and a free return was arranged, but the customer wanted a refund before the Towels were returned, which we advised we cannot do.
