Wrong sizes sent contacted thrm and been fobbed off. Still trying to get a refund I won't be using them again

AP (Alex) did a fantastic job. The printings are a perfect replica of what I require and all done over WhatsApp. The T-shirts are good quality and brilliant, vibrant colours; just what I asked for. I was able to communicate with Alex, he always got back to me swiftly. He discussed the sizes of the T-shirts ensuring that I had a size table to make an informed choice. Took so long to make two caps gave me a 5-6 wait but took nearly 1 week and a half also sent me a picture of it quality looks awful got gaps in the stitching and payed £9 for delivery fee which i wasn’t aware when was talking only saw when making purchase.

I ordered and paid for 20 T shirt for a funeral taking place on the 14th of May 2025, you promised to deliver on Monday 12th May, 2015 you failed to, you promised again that it will arrive the next day 13th May 2025, we did not receive the shirts and I have been calling but you have ignored my calls and refused to respond. The event is over and we need our refund. I have sent you the account details. I am expecting your response immediately.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish constantly getting back to me kept me in the loop at all times ordered 3 polos a jumper and a body warmer and best price I found through shopping around and honestly the best customer service everything fits as it should even down the tightness on the arms on the polo and the fury inside on the body warmers and jumper everything is perfect can’t fault the company at all 👍

Awful experience with Absolutesprinting. They told me they could work with my quick turn around times and goods would be delivered by the timelines given. Total rubbish. All their products are made overseas making it impossible for deadlines to be met. When asking for tracking information they were slow to provide tracking details. Goods were delivered days after the deadline. I was given an email address to contact and they never replied. Now my contact person is unresponsive and none of their phone numbers work to talk to someone over the phone. Just avoid!!!!

Says he’s from london and they come from pakistan. Quality is horrendous and they send u the wrong sizes. Asked for a resolution and was completely ignored products arrived half ripped stained or basically see through. Just a complete scam overall, waste of money and time

After reading the review (after I purchased) I was a little nervous. How wrong was I. Fantastic and easy communication over WhatsApp. I had a major issue with the uk based delivery company but the chap on WhatsApp helped as much as he could which is much appreciated. The shirts do come from abroad but they arrive quick and are of good quality. Highly recommend

Got in contact through bark. Told me they were from london and produced there . Products came from pakistan all in the wrong size and complete wrong products. Quality is horrendous and as soon as u comment something wrong they refuse to answer your calls.Would not recommend
