Alex messaged me asking for more details within about 10 mins of putting in the request. Engaged, happy to answer questions and work with me to make sure the items were as close to what I wanted as possible.
Alex was friendly and replied when I asked questions around shipping and arrival time. Order placed on Friday, completed in one evening and the items arrived with me the following Friday.
The pricing was really keen and the engagement with me was top notch. Print quality appears to be good. T-shirts appear to be well made, I think there are more expensive options that are thicker. Our aim was to keep cost down.

Overall very happy with the experience.

Ordered clothes an hats from absolute printing. To be embroidered with my company logo. An was very happy with the quality and the price . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

We ordered hoodies and the group was happy with the feel, look and size. We will definitely order again.

Where to start? Total lack of communication, poor product, poor printing, we offered for them to resolve the issues we had and got no reply in return.. stickers faded and lost stick, misspelled tags, bags with writing rubbed off.. A LOT OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.. a lot of money wasted. And been going on for over a month..

If this is not resolved and communication has not been met we will be taking this issue higher to trading standards.

This is disgustingly disgusting!
I ordered them 2 quarter zips, but when I received the order, I got one quarter zip and one just normal tshirt which I didn't ordered anyways.! That's completely wrong!
And to get in touch with them is a REAL STRUGGLE!!!!
They don't answer your calls and no messages at all!!!!
They be online but they ignore you like anything!!!
They take the money and don't respond!
Cheap and fraud are the words to describe

After receiving an order that wasn't upto standard, we enquired about a possible refund service and since then have heard nothing back from the brand in a month after multiple phone calls attempting to get a hold of them.

Logos on the jumpers where not professional and now have resulted in issues selling as they are now not responding to our communications.

Real shame as we are looking for a business to partner with to use on recuring orders.

Very poor quality, misspelled tags and designs that rubbed off very quickly, colours in the stickers I ordered would change and fade away very quickly!

They were very helpful and patient with me even when i decided to change designs and add more to the order on short notice and still delivered on time - I recommend!

Very bad quality print on 50 shirts and hoodies i ordered, sizes come up small with long arms, mispelled tags, print on bags rubbed off within 1 day, how it went out like that i dont know.. asked to return and get the print redone, but i have to pay for shipping, ask for a refund on some of the items as quality is a 3/10 at best and totally ignored... if the company can get back to me to resolve this

From the begging to the end I've had such smooth transition. Customer services levels were up to standard. Great communication.. Asked about design etc and sent back samples making sure I am happy.
Received my order in less than a week.
