We placed a second order for uniforms—comprising over 80 polo shirts and a number of soft shell jackets—following a satisfactory experience with our initial purchase from this supplier.

The polo shirts from this second order arrived first; however, their quality was significantly below standard. The garments exhibited poor workmanship, with seams coming apart and numerous other defects. We lodged a formal complaint, supported by photographic evidence and proof of payment. The supplier acknowledged the issues and agreed to remake the entire batch of 80+ polo shirts, which we accepted in good faith.

In the meantime, we placed a separate request for 24 soft shell jackets. To their credit, this order was fulfilled to a high standard, with no apparent issues.

Despite repeated follow-ups, we have experienced ongoing delays regarding the replacement polo shirts. This matter has now been unresolved since December 17th of last year. We have recently been informed that the remade shirts are completed but are currently being held in customs, with an additional charge of £100 required for their release. We are unwilling to pay this fee, as the responsibility for the delay and associated costs does not lie with us. Moreover, as the supplier is a UK-based company, we find it unacceptable to be asked to cover such charges.

To date, we have paid £900 for the polo shirts and have yet to receive them. When we requested a formal invoice for the customs fee, the document provided was inadequate and did not meet basic invoicing standards. We have also attempted to obtain working contact details—email addresses and telephone numbers—but those listed on the company’s website are non-functional. A request for the contact information of their legal representative has also gone unanswered.

Regrettably, we will not be engaging with this company again. The matter remains unresolved, and we are still awaiting delivery of the replacement polo shirts.

Great quality customized t-shirt at a very reasonable price! The print came out exactly as expected, and the material feels soft and durable. Highly satisfied – will definitely order again!

I had a terrible experience and I am writing in the hope that people are not tricked by the bogus reviews as I was.
I received incorrect product which was the wrong colour plus was very poorly manufactured. The products are falling apart at the seams. The company is advertising as British based but products are made in Pakistan. Company refuses to correct issue unless I pay to return the product or pay for postage for new product from Pakistan. The company will only take bacs transfer which means I am not covered by my bank and I do not trust the company enough to forward further payments via bacs.

Amazing service respond so quickly and help with you needs they are extremely professional when it comes to manufacturing and I would 1000% recommend I will definitely be going there again

I order on the Friday and the shirts were with me by the Monday.
