Quality was extremely poor. The tension was off on every seam for a $220 custom set, causing severe thread looping throughout. It made the outfit SO itchy and uncomfortable to wear. I was shocked this was shipped in such condition, especially given how different it was from the quality advertised on her site. The cut was odd for the bottoms, and an accessory was missing. Initially, I was somewhat satisfied aside from the bottoms, since I could make the top work even though it didn’t sit flat against my skin. I still tried wearing it at the festival, but half of it was unwearable despite my efforts to make it work.

When I reached out in mid-September (after my event) about altering the bottoms, I was told to purchase more items instead of receiving a replacement. About a week later, I opened a claim. The seller reached out to me yesterday saying the issue was my fault for not mentioning the stitching sooner, accused me of committing fraud, and said I was being “not nice” and hurtful instead of trying to work with me. She also ADMITTED her machine was being serviced during that time and her quality wasn’t the same, which she failed to disclose before taking my order. Had I known, I never would have moved forward.

She has since threatened legal action instead of resolving the concerns, again claiming I’m committing fraud. I would have been willing to cover material costs had she responded with professionalism and understanding instead of hostility. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise avoiding this seller.

Items never sent. Emails and messages ignored. My comment on her insta post was deleted. When I finally had a reply I was told items to be posted by a certain date. Date passed, more messages ignored. After threatening to open a dispute with my bank I had an email saying she was having issues with her emails AND Instagram messages, which is suspicious. Also tried to tell me she had messaged me through her website and had attached proof to the email, there was no attachment and no proof of anything. She offered a refund, but I've only had an email stating she has now cancelled the order, the refund part states £0. So after questioning her on this she just remind me it's because she's having trouble with her emails? I am not hopeful I will actually recieve my refund so I will still most likely go through my bank if nothing is recieved in the next 7 days.

Avoid like the plague.
Absolute fraud. I however receive an outfit from her it wasn’t tailored as requested. Received late, couldn’t wear it anyway it was far too large on one leg and also longer.

Please look into this business before investing your hard earned money as it’s a common thing. 14 business names and trading a couple year - so really should be a company

Honestly her stuff looks nice but it’s the worst quality! The bras are so flimsy and thin Nothing to the standard expected by photos!

Some really good rave wear handmade turnaround in 7 days no hassle. It’s worth not purchasing from here honestly!!

Especially when it’s measurements are inbetween a 6 and uk 8! Im a 4 lol.

Be shocked if she doesn’t actually get done for fraud tbh it’s another level always Ella tho
