Parcel hasn’t come in 2 MONTHS

Haven’t received my parcel in 2 months. And I don’t even think my parcel will be delivered completely. I ordered a shoe, hoodie and a puffer jacket and I’m only seeing a hoodie in the picture of my parcel from Canada post. And plus they even got my address wrong and I put my address correctly. Horrible shipping. And it shows that I received my package but I haven’t. Not too reliable for Canadians

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. 11 days since paid for shipping (which by the way is NOT CHEAP) an still no update. Every time I email them they answer saying things like "don't worry friend" or "wish you a happy life" which irritate the s#it out of me when you pay over a thousand dollars and nobody can tell you what's going on.

Bad service

Made my order on 12/06/25. UPS hasn’t updated since 12/11/25. Wouldn’t recommend. Very slow service , quick customer response though.
