My husband and I have just attended the week long business retreat in Cyprus along with a group of 10 others. We had the best time and the group supported each other while we discussed our visions for the next 5 years. We have a business plan now to take us to our 1, 3 and 5 year goals. Getting away from the UK and being in a warm place was definitely great for the mindset.

Great experience with like minded people, made friends for life and learnt so much from this experience, we’ve been given a clear path of where we want to go and how to achieve it, the hospitality was fantastic.

Absolutely life changing event!

Andy is an absolutely brilliant mentor, we’ve picked up so many tips and tricks that can be potentially worth millions in value, and that’s no exaggeration!

Being away from our business and leaving it running while we’re away ( that was from Andy’s mentorship ) we have been able to really focus and identify many key areas within our business, that will make us infinitely more profitable !

If you want to grow big in life but don’t know where to start, Hubbard family is the right people who to ask. Absolutely fantastic team and best example that everything is possible.

A great retreat mastermind session. A room full of supportive people with various experiences and backgrounds all helping and supporting each other.
Andy Hubbard is a fantastic mentor with a wealth of experience, he isn’t afraid to deliver honest feedback, which without that nobody can grow and businesses will not progress.
He is also happy for others to provide the advice in the areas where others have more experience.
The support given by Andy and his wife Sam goes above and beyond any other support we’ve received from any other training companies.

Had the retreat catch-up day this weekend and it was absolutely brilliant to hear all about everyone’s experience since January in Tenerife. It was particularly great to hear people being open and honest and willing to show some vulnerability regarding their positions and situation and experiences.

Took so much from the day, and will be eternally grateful for this amazing group.

I only hope I add enough value back. Can’t wait to see you in 4 months for next one.

I’m really pleased to be part of the Accelerate Your Growth mentoring program. It’s been a great resource for support, accountability and knowledge as I work to systemize my carpentry business and move towards property development. The program is very well structured and the activities we are required to complete have given me a sense of clarity and focus in the direction I need to take. I’m also very lucky to have a group of people on the same journey as me, which has made it easier to stay motivated and on track with my goals. We have already started taking action on things that could have been put off for years. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to accelerate their growth and I’m really enjoying the experience.

What an experience this week was. I didn't fully know what to expect from the retreat but I put my trust in Andy and Sam given their track record and it certainly didn't disappoint.

I started the week having put together a 5 year business plan, albeit with a few gaps in as I has never been pushed to think that far ahead. Taking everything I learnt not only from my own session but the invaluable lessons from everyone else's sessions resulted in compiling a new 5 year business plan that looks significantly different from the original one at the start of the week.

Being able to get away from the cold, wet UK weather in the middle of January was a big plus too. The setting allowed you to leave your day-to-day jobs and responsibilities at home and really focus on developing yourself and your longer term goals across many parts of your life. I have come away from the week a better person, highly focused in what I want to achieve and fired up to ensure that I reach those goals.

The group was incredible and the friendships that were made during the week, I believe, will still be there in many years to come as we help to support and push each other along.

I'm truly excited for what will be achieved in 2023 and I look forward to returning in January 2024 to review where we have all been and where we want to go.

An amazing event which was not only extremely well organised but also incredibly rewarding and beneficial.

This is my second retreat with Andy & Sam and have achieved massive results as a result.

Just said goodbye to a newly formed family on Andy and Sam’s latest retreat. A week of meeting amazing people who all share the same urge to be better. These trips aren’t just any randomly selected people to fill a space and line pockets, they’re genuinely picked because they all have something special and this week has been amazing because of it.

The knowledge Andy has is priceless and he’s genuinely one of the good guys. Andy and Sam deserve all the success in the world because they’re helping people to reach theres.

I’ll be back next year along with most, if not all the people I met this time around. Already looking forward to seeing everybody in a few months time. Fantastic experience and one that’s allowed me to gain clarity and vision, which I really struggled with before, so thankyou guys.
