We've had a few bookeepers with Accounts & Legal and our current bookeeper Shagun is the best one yet. She is very responsive and proactive, and doesn't make mistakes.

UPDATE 23-6-24 Service levels have plummeted since key staff have left.

Fantastic Firm. I have been working with Accounts&Legal for 3 months and the difference in my accounts compared to my old firm is night and day.
The team are proactive in their approach and hold your business accountable to deadlines. Big thank you to Rose for helping me with a VAT deadline that i had personally neglected. Rose made me videos to follow and sent several follow-up emails to ensure i did everything correctly and didn't miss our deadline. 10/10 firm and a huge thank you to Rose.

We started the business at the end of 2022 and needed an accountants who could guide us to get the basics right from the start, and help us as we grew. We had a tough time with HMRC in setting up the VAT due to a complcation of our circumstances and Fiona spent many hours on hold to them helping us to get it resolved. Fiona has been great, providng forward thinking business and tax advise to get the best out of the business. Millie has been fab at getting those last minute payroll changes updated and ready so that everyone gets paid on time. I would highly recommend.

Over the last four years, Accounts and Legal have been superb at helping manage our accounts. They have helped reduce our corporation tax liabilities with helpful suggestions on how to do things differently in a way that fits within our business.

The company may not be the cheapest, but they are efficient, friendly, helpful and provide excellent value for money.

A&L don't just do your accounts and books, they really do care about your business and will ask those questions about your business to make you really think about how to scale and manager your business as a whole, marketing, sales, ops etc

Robyn is fantastic. Really reliable, friendly and easy to work with and has a keen eye for any discrepancies which she will get to the bottom of! I run a small business and use Accounts and Legal for all things finance and am a happy, long standing client.

Some firms will only make sure you keep up to date with your statutory obligations. A&L feel like part of the strategic planning team. With quarterly catch-ups for financial health checks, I always get excellent advice and ideas for both my personal and business finances. Amy in particular is knowledgeable and responsive to emails I send between meetings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
