I invested in Cheynne Walk, Chelsea and checked everything as thoroughly as possible, even going on a site visit.
That didn't stop them going belly up and taking my investment with them.
If anyone knows of any means of recovery please let me know.

This business is a fraud. They have defrauded investors in at least three development schemes amounting to GBP MNS+ THERE IS AN ONGOING POLICE INVESTIGATION

Scott Drew and his colleagues who worked at Accumulate Capital are fraudsters and must be jailed.

I am another investor who has now lost money to Accumulate and have recently seen they have gone into liquidation and have also seen below other peoples comments and experiences. Awful!, This opportunity that looked and was presented to be so very credible. Let me know anyone who is taking this up legally in efforts to get their money back so I can join forces and add some more weight.

My investment company invested with Accumulate Capital in July 2021 - the project is the Habrough Hotel. The SPV is Accumulate Nominees Ltd.
Initial response was good - I visited site and met with the Project Manager and there were already 15-20 contractors on site and the development seemed to be going well. However come Nov / Dec I tried several times to make contact and got no response and one or two contacts had clearly left the company.
Now, through my own investigation, I see the parent has gone into administration. If there is an Investor Group I can join let me know please - I'm in.

This company came across very trust worthy so I invested thousands of pounds into their Cheyne Walk project and have not received my capital back as per contract.
I have just joined the facebook group as I am going to take legal action.

I would like to know if all of the investors are going to take a legal action against accumulatecapital. What about the overseas investors like me ? Is there a group in the Facebook to discuss what we are going to do or what the first step is going to be ? Please advise.

Extremely well presented Company to start I Invested thousands only to find the CEO was a man with a purpose in life to scam investors by placing two of his five companies in to liquidation.SW Ltd River side place Kingston over due by 8 months on final selling completion of building Paul Howells negotiated a large loan on first charge then 2 days later placed development in to Liquidation placing all small investors with possible no return.Scot Drew assisted by keeping investors happy knowingly assisting Accumulate to scam investors through out the 20 months build.The second Accumulate Residences Ltd Company Cheyne Walk was a total scam being sold by Store House before build start and not informing investors was also placed into Liquidation with investors money unaccounted for.The three remaining Companies are at present on going until completion date then possibly placed into liquidation
Paul Howells has a record of placing previous companies he formed into liquidation.

The company has gone into administration.
It seemed like ponzy scheme. Atleast one of their project which amassed 9 million + from investors has gone burst. sheer thievery
They kept promising to repay before cheyne walk scheme was complete. and they have someone to take over all investments.

The company has done a runner with investors money. No replies to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Calls are forwarded to a voicemail. Delay in repayment is now nearly a year.

My last contact with accumulate capital was on 26 Oct. and I still got an email about pitching the golf club project. I tried to call them all day long and redirect to voice msg. I am very curious since riverside place project almost finish and they are holding other projects. Why disapear suddenly? I am from Hong Kong. Any overseas investors?

Very concerned about my investments in 4 projects on a second and first charge, no communication since 2nd November 2021 despite many, countless now calls and voice messages. I'm taking legal actions in an attempt to recover the investments. Look forward to connecting with other investors (Facebook group Accumulate Capital Investors)

Should be worried when main contact Maxine leaves, Board Director resigns after six months, head-quarters is a postal address in Canterbury Innovation centre, promised investor updates and calls with director Paul Howells don't materialise ( and LinkedIn profile disappears). Looks to me a potential scam

I am having a bad gut feeling something is going wrong with this company. My investment return is delay by 8 months, nobody answers the emails or calls and a mobile number I have from one of the employees have been deleted in WhatsApp as a bussines account. Like Liam commented below the communication has been fluid until mid October. Does anyone has idea of what's going on?

We are unable to obtain any response to numerous phone calls and emails sent.
We are in the early stages of an investment and previous communications were good but now are nil.

I've enjoyed good communication until recently understandably the lockdown has delayed the completion of the Riverside Place project 10 months, the build quality looks good.
As a first Time investor I just hope to get my investment back with the correct intrest I will be satisfied the delay was beyond their control.

I have enjoyed long conversations with Blake & Anthony but now only emais explaining delays Redemtion the end of September, hopefully my trust has not been or misplaced, I will update my Review shortly...

I have had an email showing completion of the project, with live video footage,charge against the property is now being executed, I strongly feel that had the corona black swN event not happened that Accumulate have a solid investment strategy, that I would be confident to reinvest, I look forward to letting you know when my investment is complete.
Accumulate have been nothing less than Professional in their dealings with myself under extremely unusual circumstances

Unfortunately this Project has gone into Administration
A New charge has been registered against the property, unless this is Refinance to repay Creditors this is irregular, the Administrators have 8 weeks from October 10th to assess liabilities outstanding.
Dissolution & distribution of remaining assets I expect to Commence then At which point Court orders will be sought no explanation has been received as yet from Paul Howell Scott Drew or Accumulate

I was thinking to invest with this company months ago but then changed my mind due to personal reasons. Unsubscribed from their emails giving the same explanation but they still continued to call me. I also explained to the person calling me that I don't want to invest. Regardless this they kept me calling which made me very uncomfortable. I received another call today and asked this person called"Matthew" not to call me again since I don't want to invest. If you don't want to invest you don't invest that should be so simple and clear. Matthew pushed and pushed more with his questions why I don't want to invest. I said them that I explained this couple of months ago and don't have to explain anything further. Last thing I heard was that he called me rude and hang up. What kind of a company calls rude to his prospective client? I'm so happy I didn't invest with this company. Recommendation to the company: educate your employees on how to talk to a client/customer.

Because of the lockdown I found myself in a really challenging situation and had to request a early withdrawal. Given the situation, one might have expected the conversation to be quite difficult. I was blown away at how quickly Accumulate was able to deal with my request and to handle my withdrawal. It shows how well managed companies are able to provide top quality customer service. Once this lockdown is over and things get back to normal, I will definitely be back investing with Accumulate but I will be singing their praises to my friends. Great company!!!
