Accumulate Capital Reviews 

Just thought I'd drop another review into here. I've just completed a third deal with Accumulate on a property development in Chelsea. Blake once again was very professional and the process smooth and seamless. Be prepared however to provide detailed documentation, but for me, that was a positive not a negative.

I had considered some significant time ago as part of a diversification of my portfolio, the idea of getting involved in the property market through a property development company. However, I resisted progressing the idea further largely due to so many scare stories of individuals losing every penny they have invested, as the owners of the business disappeared along with the funds, leaving investors high and dry.
My confidence with Accumulate started with just a trickle from our initial conversations, but after many discussions, including with senior partners in the business who were more than willing to give me their time, my confidence grew. After what could have been a painful level of due diligence was made easier through Accumulates very transparent company and approach to business, I took the plunge.
A clear indication of the level of confidence that I have with Accumulate is that, to my surprise, I re-invested with them within the month, quadrupling my investment in one of their projects!
The Coupon Payments were made on time but as another reviewer has said, the final seal of approval will be when the capital is returned in due course.
My experience so far is of an exemplary and progressive company, with an extremely professional team, who have given me increasing confidence at every step of the process. I have been genuinely surprised as well as pleased at the quality of this company and would certainly recommend Accumulate.

So Far, this is my first investment with Acc Capital, and Scott Drew has been extremely helpful and informative at every stage.

The yields have been paid promptly. The big test, of course, is the capital re-payments, and this remains to be seen.

I am a bit worried about the possible impactof the Coronovirus on all aspects of business

I have been very impressed by both the level of professionalism and communication given by my contact Michael, who has provided me with thorough explanations to the questions I have asked during my due diligence period.

Since investing I had received my 13% as advertised and it came earlier than expected, which was very reassuring.

If things continue in this direction, I will be sure to keep investing in their other projects as and when they arise.

I have previously invested in various schemes with one of the principals of this group. Without naming him, I was treated every time with upmost professionalism & integrity. I can only assume that the other main players are of similar caliber & character. I have again invested with them with total confidence that I am in capable hands.

I have a few investments with various companies, in everything from property to precious metals, even dabbling with crypto from time to time. I've dipped a toe in the water with Accumulate and so far they have been excellent. I don't live too far from their site in Kingston so took a look myself, met the builder who answered all my questions and went ahead. Got my return back as promised, so far so good, and looking forward to watching the building progress.

I was recommended to Accumulate by a colleague of mine. To be rather blunt I was very scared this could be a fast track to lose money but the team at Accumulate have been nothing short of superb.

They communicated with me in a prompt fashion and not at times that did not suit me. I must make a special mention of Joseph. He was available when I needed him to answer any questions, even once on a weekend, and did not pressure me at all.

I was dealing with other companies with similar offers but Joseph's service and consultative approach was very refreshing compared to others. It felt like other companies just saw me as a number whereas Joseph and his customer services team were nothing but respectful of my wishes and I felt I was treated as a person, rather than just another investor.

I received my return on investment and feel that Accumulate Capital should be congratulated on their business and how they conduct themselves. Very refreshing indeed. I will be sure to recommend you Joseph, you are a credit to your company.
