Very positive experience. Excellent price Niveau. Macbook screen arrived in Denmark 2 Days after ordering, well packed and brand-new. Good tracking history. The only negative thing was our local Delivery service (Bring.dk), but Accu part is not to blame for that. I will definitely buy again. I am still hopeful about the UK remaining in the EU.

I 2 times bought a screen for a HP Probook 4530s and both times I received a defective screen that didn't work. They even sent a paper with the screens that said that they return no matter whan, which indicates that they sell alot of screens that is poorly made. I have lost more than 20 pounds on shipping fees. So unless you wanna gamble with your money, stay away from this company.

Very pleased. Replacement laptop screen arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as described, all for a very good price. Communication from company kept me informed about the order's progress, and gave the transaction a personal touch which was much appreciated.

I ordered a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro A1708.
The screen arrived really quickly and the quality was excellent.
They also sent a follow up customer service email to check I had received the product OK and was happy which was a nice touch.
I would certainly recommend Accupart - excellent customer service.

Used twice now - great service both times, with great stock availability and helpful with returns when the screen we needed turned out to be different from the part number listed against the model on the manufacturers site.

Hopefully won’t need to replace another screen on the kids laptop, but if I do, I’ll get it from here.

After trawling many LCD panel replacement suppliers on eBay I was struck by the attention to detail of LCD Kings also known as Accupart. They recommended stripping the chassis down to locate the actual part number of the LCD panel & not the Laptop brand/model number. With so many number variations I decided to contact the firm directly. I received a prompt response & I ordered. I was kept informed of delivery & it arrived when the firm said it would. The screen was well protected and the outer packaging very robust indeed. The replacement was exactly correct. It was simple to fit following the plethora of you tube videos. My Dell XPS laptop is now back to full working order. Just £36 for effectively a new laptop! Accupart also followed up with assistance should it be needed.
It’s rare these days to find a company that provides genuine advice, prompt communication, who packages their product in such a robust way, delivers when they say, then follows up to check that you’re 100% happy and offers a path if you do need help. In my experience I do feel Accupart (or LCD Kings) are a trustworthy company and in the unlikely event that support is needed, support will be forthcoming 100%.

Ordered Sunday evening, received Wed lunch time. very well packaged. Fitted ok with a bit of help from missus. More used to M8 to M20 screws than those little things!

Bought a brand new screen for a laptop beginning of July, had it fitted and worked perfectly from back end of July. Laptop then not used for 6 weeks until last week then screen died after an hour. Dave from Accupart not interested as past this so called 90 day protection period I was not made aware of. This company clearly sell defective parts so beware. I have paid £30 for a screen then £50 to get it fitted and it's broke already after probably about 2 hours total of screen time. Go to a specialist and get an all in price with a 12 month warranty as these guys don't care and will fleese you for a profit with defective goods

I emailed their support address to ask about the correct screen for my HP laptop. I received a quick reply, ordered the screen via their website, and it arrived within 1 working day. It was fairly easy to fit to the laptop using some Youtube instructions. The screen seems good quality, despite being quite inexpensive, and the laptop is now working fine.

I ordered an 14" 315MM Wide FHD Screen which was delivered on time and worked just as expected. Communication was great throughout.

Smashed my iMac 21,5" Front Glass on Friday morning, found the item browsing through google - at least 50% cheaper than amazon, ordered in the afternoon and received it Monday morning - installation was super easy and communication was top notch. I'd 100% recommend this site.

I bought a replacement chromebook screen. Ordered on Wednesday arrived today as per delivery orders. Within a few minutes it was installed and 100% working! I would buy from this company if I have to again.

Really good service - I ordered a replacement laptop screen that arrived promptly, with personal follow up emails. When I realised that I had ordered the wrong model, I was able to respond to those emails, and I quickly received a supportive response with a link to the correct part. Don't be a dufus like me, and order the wrong part...but if you do make a mistake, you can trust this team to help you out.

Really pleased with the screen replacement. Managed to even get a better resolution to the original.
