I bought them 2 screens both faulty.
they claimed that the first one was fine but I have other screens ( mostly damaged in some ways) and could test it for this particular fault.
The second one was no lighting up at all. they don't even respond to my request on eBay, I am furious because I had to wait a long time twice and disappointed twice. For that reason, I want to share my experience.

I think that the true test of of a company, is how they respond to problems. I ordered a replacement screen for an old Acer laptop and as many people have testified, I very quickly received a well protected package of the replacement screen and two emails, one from Dave and one from Lewis, encouraging me to get in touch if I had any problems. I had an issue with a slight difference of the mounting brackets and the spacing of the bolt holes. On contacting David he could not have been more helpful,requesting I send photos of the fitments. I did manage to drill new fixing holes which resolved the issue but I was still very impressed with the time, effort and speed of the response. Top marks for customer service, many thanks, Neil Simpson.

Brilliant service. Emailed them to make sure was ordering correct screen reply almost immediately, with a link to the correct item and then after placing order was emailed same day to say it had been sent for shipping received within 48 hrs. I've just received and installed a new screen for my Lenovo laptop - it works perfectly. The screen arrived in good time, neatly packaged and in perfect condition. I'd happily recommend the company.

The first screen I received had an issue, however Accupart made it very easy to return and exchange for another.

Replacement screen is acceptable, if not quite up to the overall image quality of the original (I'm being reasonably picky here - not everyone would notice).

Overall, good service and a good result.

At beginning I trusted coz I see the reviews online but when I ordered a screen they didn’t send it and try to make some excuse saying they didn’t receive the payment! I was pay with PayPal wich I know it’s take a few days to send the payment but I’m that case waiting over 10 days it’s not fair I should not recommend this company

I ordered a new display screen for my Acer laptop after finding this company on Google. I had never heard of them before and was a little bit wary but went ahead and purchased the item, as it was a very competitive price. I had checked out reviews online and most were excellent but there were some stinkers, so the trepidation was still there. However, I am delighted to advise that my fears were groundless.

The order was acknowledged automatically by email but I received a separate email a short time later from ‘Dave’, who I presume is the owner, thanking me for my purchase and telling me to contact him should I have any questions. I have never received a personalised email such as this before for any online purchase, so I was mightily impressed.

The item arrived within the advised (free) 2-3 days delivery time and was safely and securely packaged. However, I noticed a number of scratches on the screen, leading me to believe it was second hand/refurbished despite the description on the website claiming it was 'BRAND NEW'. Even though it did not significantly affect my viewing experience, in a fit of indignation I emailed Dave to vent about not misleading customers, only to receive a quick response advising that the screen was also protected by a clear plastic film that needed to be peeled off before use. DOH!! As initially advertised, the screen beneath was perfect and I swallowed my pride to reply contritely to Dave with my most humble apologies.

Overall, a great product from a brilliant company and excellent service from beginning to end, even in the face of boneheaded ignorance! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and have bookmarked them for future use.

Just received a replacement screen I ordered from Accupart for my Daughters Lenovo laptop. Delivered it in a few days and really happy with it. The price I paid was a fraction of what the official retailer quoted and was super easy to replace with the help of a utube video. Really impressed with the product and service.

Huge stock, superfast service (even with free postage), courteous acknowledgement and Fixed my very expensive Surface Pro!
Packaging was excellent and the replacement digitiser (screen) seems like original equipment to me. The experience of a cracked screen cost me 10% of a replacement notebook.

BIT wary about RM being used, but the packaging used by accupartensured it was safe between seller and buyer.
Solid box and oodles of bubble wrap.
Screen protector fitted as a just-in--case.

Screen supplied looked OK but didn't last long. Accupart would not help rectify situation as it was over 3 months old. Communication extremely poor. Purchased a replacement from another supplier now which give a 2 year warranty (Clearly have more faith in their products). Shame, would have purchased another from them had they been even slightly reasonable. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered a replacement screen for my daughters laptop at what was the best price I could find and after reading some dodgy reviews elsewhere I was immediately worried! BUT... I needn't have worried, the screen arrived today, packaging was amazing... Very sturdy outer box and the screen was triple wrapped in large bubble wrap to fill the whole of the outer box so no movement inside! The screen itself was inside a sealed bag and also had a protective plastic peel off screen on it! I'm very impressed with how well protected the LCD screen was and ultimately it was the screen I ordered and it fitted my daughters laptop perfectly! Many thanks Accupart!! Also had emails from probably the owner Dave thanking for purchase and from another guy Lewis who was very helpful after an apparent misroute by Royal Mail! It was tracked all the way and arrived, via Cardiff, in Kent, on the Thursday after ordering free delivery on the prior Sunday!! Cheers (posted this on Google and here as I thought it may help)

Purchased a replacement laptop screen, which arrived in good time and in perfect condition.
Kept up to date with my order throughout, can't really ask anymore.

I order a new screen then they send me a used one. Even it isn't fully functional.

I ordered the laptop screen AU Optronics B156HTN03.3 which is matte.
They perfectly uderstood the order, the model number being reported in the invoice and in the confirmation email. However they sent me
the laptop screen Innolux N156HGE-LB1, hence from a different brand. What is worse is that this screen is glossy. I contacted them and they went on to deny that it is glossy, that all the models they have with this code are matte. I sent them a picture that cleary showed that it had the code and that it was glossy (I put it side by side with my previous matte screen), I also pointed them to the model page at "panelook.com"
which clearly shows that the screen they sent me is glossy. They insisted that all the models they have with that code are matte, contrary to the evidence of the panel they sent me and contrary to that web archive.

Probably, as other reviewers have suggested, after purchase they purposedly send you cheap screens and then try to justify themeselves as they can. Still they could have sent me a matte screen.

I did not try to return the screen, I was left with one certainty, that it is best to avoid any interaction with them.

I ordered a replacement screen for my Dell Inspiron laptop. Easy to search for parts, and great value compared to most other online suppliers that I researched. Free delivery by Royal Mail was within 3 working days. Had my screen fitted and working perfectly in no time. I would highly recommend Accupart. Thanks for a great service!
