Original, new LG screen for my laptop arrived promptly. I installed it and it worked perfectly first time. Communications were very good. Delivery via Royal Mail with tracking. Also great value for money. Will use again and would recommend to others. A lot better than my experiences with other online retailers!

Potential customers, be careful with this company. They promotes original display panels but once you have paid they send you cheap replacements panels from China with the excuse that the item is out of stock. After that they offer you to return the product and pay more for the item you originally ordered. I hope the government investigate this deeper - it's a marketing scam that is widely used in the business. Below is how it happened.

Excellent, both in service & value for money. Very helpful staff, delivery prompt, updates on tracking, slick operation, highly recommended.

I bought a replacement screen for my Lenovo Flex 2 Digitiser 14" SC from them. I found them to be a great company. Quick delivery and entirely qualified transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use Accupart again or refer any of my friends or colleagues to them.

Used these folks a couple of dozen times, never had cause to complain. Parts are at a very reasonable price, are shipped out quickly and the staff are very helpful in answering any queries and assisting in finding the right part. The parts are shipped well protected too, and with a screen protector to make install without fingerprints much easier.

I bought a replacement screen for my HP 450 G2 laptop from them. I found them to be an excellent company. Great communication, speedy delivery and completely professional transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use Accupart again or refer any of my friends and colleagues to them.

Screen for my Samsung Chromebook was shattered.
Ordered a replacement which came the next working day.
Fitted easily and works perfectly.

Great Company, No Hassle, Pleased With My Product

Customer service right at the top.
Broken screen just before Christmas.
Ordered replacement on Thursday after dispatch cut off.
Was expecting a tracking number on Friday but nothing.
Wrote an email asking for updates and got an automated answer informing they were closed until next year.
My hopes started to sink as i would have like to receive the screen before then and i ordered there because it showed the estimated delivery earlier than other retailers.
Suddenly, on Sunday, got an email asking about the situation.
Eventually received confirmation my item was dispatched yesterday and received it today.
However delivery was achieved by Parcelforce rather than DPD and left the very well packaged screen in the paper wheelie bin...
I could care less about the niggles as in the end i received the screen in the time frame given.

Broken hp 850 G1 laptop screen - read part number from rear of screen - matched it in their extensive parts list - next day delivered to me and then all fixed. ( Part B156HTN03.4 FHD IPS £25 + VAT and post ) . Most of the other 'replacements' seen on the web were inferior TN screens, and more expensive as well.

Very simple order process. I ordered a new display for a chromebook 14G3 - guidance on the web site about the different screens was clear and easy to follow. I used next day deliver and was very impressed with the information provided. Updates via facebook messenger and by email. Product arrived at the time the deliver company said and was very well packed in a good strong box with lots of bubble wrap. I fitted the screen right away and was up and running a few minutes later.

Recently purchase the replacement screen for my Samsung laptop from accupart. Item arrived on time and undamaged and worked within a minute. I would recommend Accupart to anyone. Really happy with the product.

Sent wrong & bad item, some really horrible quality refurbished screen. They claim their stuff is new, but in reality they are refurbished garbage. Fraud at it's finest.

Screen for my daughter's laptop arrived well packed and on time. Fitted and working in minutes. Price seemed reasonable and kept updated with order status. Nothing to fault - will definitely use them next time.

Not too sure about the 2 bad reviews but I will be using David and his services again. Half way across the world and I got the right advice, right part, first time. Fixed a $1500 HP laptop with a 40 pound replacement screen. Shipped to Perth Australia inside 2 weeks. I can wait longer than that for items shipped from within Australia :(

Sadly, I expoerienced very poor service from this company. Having ordered a new screen for a Dell Vostro 1525 laptop, they sent me the wrong screen. It had an (incorrect) inverter riveted to the bottom - unsuitable for the laptop model in question - and riveted mounting brackets that did not fit the laptop. In discussions with them, rather than agreeing to replacethe screen with a correct one they tried to convince me to attempt to remove the riveted components that weren't needed. I wonder just who they would have insisted take responsibility for that!

I requested a return and refund and, given that they were at fault, I insisted that they pay the return postage. They agreed (in writing) but then - despite significant engagement with the company - they prevaricated, put up obstacles, and then stopped communicating so they wouldn't have to fulfill their responsibilities. I am still out of pocket.

I'd suggest using this company is a risk too far.
