I have ordered some personal things for Valentine’s Day. This is the first time I have felt with this business I order £32 of stuff in 15th january and 10 days later I haven’t received nothing and had no updates at all. I have emailed them three times and only had one response which they stated it will be with me as soon as they can. Very disappointing so far and haven’t even received my order

Returned item over a month ago to address stated on the refund policy on the shop app, parcel was turned away at address because ac designs does not work/operate from there, now my parcel is in the national return centre waiting to be given away to charity as i did not state a return address, no contact what so ever from ac designs, avoid this company at all cos

Didn’t come for weeks until I complained to PayPal. Cheap fruit of the loom jumper with ironed on sticker. Returned the day after. Emails ignored and still no refund after 2 months. AVOID

Wouldn’t even give 1!! Wrong item arrived in April still not had a response!!!!

Same as others - wish I could give them zero stars! And wish I’d read reviews first.
Still waiting on a refund (raised with bank, as NO response from this appalling ‘seller’!), this was a personalised order for trainers for my flower girl at my wedding - ordered beginning of September for end of October wedding. Comms immediately after the personalisation request but no response since.
Still no shoes 4 months on. Thankfully I gave up in time and ordered elsewhere.
So so bad!

Very poor customer service.

Ordered a few things, wanted to return a jumper that was too big. Sent it tracked delivery, in its original packaging.
No refund, no response from 3 emails. Very poor. SCAMMERS

I regret not reading the reviews before ordering! Ordered a sweatshirt. Had to chase the delivery. When it arrived I was bitterly disappointed. The sweatshirt is paper thin and the workmanship appalling! The seams are badly sewn and gathered to such an extent that they’ve created unintentional pleats. Tried to contact for a return and refund and guess what… they don’t reply to emails!!

Fantastic products at a fantastic price. Communication lacks a little with no response to emails. I understand that they are busy and can't always reply but even an auto reply along the lines we are very busy and can't reply to emails right now but rest assured we are working hard to get all orders out asap. Just gives people peace of mind. I am a genuine customer and honestly my products arrived in good time. One of the products was different colour to what I picked but still great

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Absolutely THE WORST COMPANY to buy from, never again.
No order arrived, no refund, crap beyond crap. Zero stars!!!

If i could give 0 stars, i would.
Ordered 2 jumpers (on 14/11/24) for an event, checked the shipping and it would work out that They would arrive a few days prior to said event. I gave it a few days and after no update on shipping I sent an email, the seller emailed back and said that due to being busy for christmas things are taking longer. I emailed back and said that’s fine and asked to cancel the order, to which she replied that it was already sent. One month , many unreplied emails and a dispute with my bank later, i have only today (17/12/24) received notification that it was shipped, despite sending many (ignored) emails that I would like to cancel and raising a dispute with my bank for goods not received.
Over the past month, communication from the seller has been shocking, with her stopping replying after claiming she had expedited delivery (which she clearly hadn’t), she has provided no information on how to claim for a refund or send the product back once I have received it. Wish I read reviews prior as this seller is clearly a scammer and does this regularly! Luckily I have been refunded by the bank but it appears that other people haven’t been that lucky. avoid at all costs !

I dont even want to give 1* this company is so poor in service. I ordered personalised wedding converse on 6th Nov and have had nothing since. I spent the 1st week asking how to send them the personalisarion details had 1 email from them on 15th nov saying to reply with the details i wanted and they have disappeared since. Order is still showing as places and has not changed. No repsonse to emails or on facebook. Yet they are still offering christmas delivery to those who purchase by 12th december. 36 days iv been waiting and chasing my order and they are no where to be seen. Disgusting behaviour from a 'family run buisness'. Seems to be more a scam than genuine people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute sham of a company. No confirmation email received, no tracking received and when I go to log on it says there are no orders made.. but quick enough to take the money out of my bank.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my sister for her birthday but received a t-shirt.

Tried to contact them THREE time via their contact us page on their website and have received no reply, no apology, no offer of rectification, absolutely nothing.

Abysmal service. Would never ever ever use again.

Complete waste of time and money. I contacted them several days ago to inform them I needed to receive my order by today. They told me it would arrive by today, but it still hasn't even been dispatched. As a result, this will now arrive AFTER it was needed as an anniversary gift. I have no other options to get something else in time. Livid.

Appalling company should not be allowed to trade.
My items arrived 3 weeks later than stated, absolutely no communication or response from AC Designs. 1 of the t shirts I needed for an event that had long passed so I attempted to return the item, however no response from the seller for a code to use to return. Stuck with something I won't wear

So in spite of the terrible reviews, I went ahead and gave it a go and ordered because my daughter was desperate for the Taylor Swift Halloween collection tshirts. I paid with PayPal, to cover my back in case there were issues. However, I'm glad to say I had no issues at all. I placed my order, received email confirmation and able to track the order through the Shop app (purple icon, white font). Ordered on Wednesday 25th September and arrived Wednesday 2nd October via Royal Mail tracked. The tshirts were exactly as advertised on their website and as seen on Facebook. I ordered medium tshirts and they're generous in size, which my daughter will be chuffed to bits with.

Ordered from here and received part of my order only. After making multiple polite enquiry attempts I had no reply and began the dispute process with my bank.

I commented on their Facebook page to warn others not to shop here and have now been blocked by them. Nice to see they can block me but can’t reply to the multiple direct messages I sent to them.

This company is clearly a scam and I would be very wary of the positive reviews. I also ordered the ‘alot going on at the moment’ t shirt and it is absolutely awful quality and sizing which I was also asking to return but can’t as no reply to my enquiries.

Other people are also saying they’ve been blocked on Facebook when trying to advise others, so AC Designs Ltd clearly have something to hide and don’t care about customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I made an order at the end of June that was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month passed and I had no news so I contacted them by email.
At first they seemed to be helpful, they confirmed my address and promised to check with the post office. I followed up after a few weeks to ask for a refund and they stopped responding.
