Abysmal. This is without doubt the worst online company I have ever had to deal with.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM ARTISTS AND ZERO CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
Ordered 2 items on January 17th on a 3-5 day delivery, 1 arrived 16 days later (wrong coloured hoodie) and the other (sign) was apparently delayed due to 'the recent storms'......ha haaaa
Was fobbed off with one email response but have heard nothing since....over a month now since ordering and still no products. Taken my money, not delivered a product that I've ordered or had any correspondence to address the issues.
Disgraceful, shouldn't be allowed to trade.
If you value your money then DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF AN OUTFIT.

Avoid! Scam Scan Scam. Product never arrive no one reply emails. Disgusting shop.

Avoid this company, they are a scam!!

I placed an order and nothing has been received. I haven’t had any response to my emails.

They are keen to take your money but don’t send the items or offer a refund.

Disgraceful and just one big scam.

Please please don’t order from this company - I paid £49 for items for my partner that never arrived despite paying for three day express delivery 😞 in addition they have never replied to the 3 emails I’ve sent them - not heard a dickie bird from them and they have my money !!!
Spend your hard earned money somewhere else !

Items arrived today over two weeks late - the frustrating thing is the items are really nice to be fair but I had to go out to buy more presents for my partner two days ago because never heard from this company at all ! I dare not send back these as I’m sure I’d not hear back!

Ordered a week before Christmas, delivery was late!!
When it finally arrived only to find out that out of 4 items ordered i have received 3 from which 2 are wrong !!! Returned items to the return address provided and haven't heard from them since !!!
over 50 pounds and haven't seen a penny back!!
will definitely report them for online fraud !!

I ordered a few items for Christmas on 27/11/23 and have had no correspondence at all and haven’t received any items on 18/1/24. I have reported this company to trading standards and my bank.

Ordered a candle for Xmas for my bf , when arrived was packaged terrible so was consequently smashed to bits , contacted them and received one email to ask did I have any pics , since then nothing , con artists ! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Placed an order which was promised to be delivered 4-6 days time. I emailed on day 9 to get an update and had no response. Seller eventually responded through messages and assured me my order would be delivered in 24 hours. Further messages with queries regarding this were ignored. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order on 21/12/23, paying £9.99 delivery for it to arrive 21-22/12/23. I contacted the seller on 23/12/23 for an update. I was informed my order would now arrive after Christmas. Had I known I would not have paid for the 24 delivery. The seller does not believe me when I explained the delivery stated it would arrive 21-22/12/23. I still have not received this order or a refund which I have requested. I have sent multiple emails and messages, all of which have been ignored.

Wish I'd seen the reviews sooner. I paid for express delivery (2-3 days) and it's been 10 days now and zero contact or shipping notification. I have contacted them twice with no reply. What on earth did I pay for?

UPDATE: I received an email a few days ago (no courteous apology or offering a way to get back the express shipping I paid for) saying my order is ready to be shipped. No further updates... absolute scam artists. Do not be fooled by the couple ok reviews.

I have just received correct item today thanks (22/12/23)

I ordered a 'Friend's' babygrow which cost £17 with postage. However I received a baby vest which was considerably cheaper. I've emailed many times and still not received correct item.

Avoid.....I ordered a jumper for my daughter and paid £7.95 for express shipping (2-3 days delivery)....its not day 4 and I have no update and no jumper.
Sent several emails asking for an update with no response.....tried the phone number and its just music!! Absolute con artists, I'm devastated because my 9 year old now has no jumper for her Christmas jumper day at school tomorrow.

Wanted to write a review as there were so many bad ones on here which nearly put me off ordering .
Ordered 4 items on 11th November , I did get a bit worried as no contact at all but yesterday I got an email to say it has been dispatched via Royal Mail . Today I received all 4 items and are really nice .

I agree with others , there should be more updates , that the item Is being personalised and then ready for dispatch would be helpful to put the trust back in the company .
The items are lovely and unique and good quality , as long as you aren’t in a rush .

Do not order from this company. Placed an order two weeks ago and still not received my jumpers so will be contacting my bank for a refund as not replaying to my multiple emails.

Also the telephone number on the website doesn't work.

Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to write a quick review to say I made an order and it arrived. I googled after purchase (terrible idea) and was very concerned it was never going to arrive but it has (10 days after ordering so not terrible). Quality and print looks good. Happy with my purchase.

I ordered a jumper with estimated delivery of 4-6 days. I assumed this meant working days but on the 7th or 8th working day I got nervous and checked the reviews. My heart sank looking at all the experiences of products not arriving and I thought I had lost my money. Fortunately, that evening I received an email confirming it had been dispatched and it arrived the next day. Nice quality jumper and I'm happy with it. I knew I had to write a review in case anyone else is panicking

I sent back a jumper recorded delivery… guess what…. Never received refund and I am still chasing them a year later!

Ordered over two weeks ago, emailed twice asking for an update on what was supposed to be a 4-6 day delivery which evidently hasn't even been shipped.

No response from this company but still have time to send their marketing emails out...

Do not order anything from this company it's a complete joke.

Placed an order for 2 jumpers and 1 t shirt nothing arrived. Emailed and rang the company no response. So glad I paid through PayPal so I can apply for a refund. When putting my claim in on PayPal the t shirt came up as a planned payment not even a t shirt so PayPal have issued that refund straight away no just waiting for the refund off the 2 jumpers

This company took my money and never shipped my order, still waiting from 6 weeks ago. Contacted them through email and left a message several times, unable to speak with anyone. Do not order from this company, they will rob you.
