I put in an order for some football…

I put in an order for some football boots for my daughter they haven't arrived I can't get to speak to anyone about it as it just takes you back to the same questions yet they are charging me for them I think it's disgusting that they can do that I'm fuming about it and my daughter is very upset and she doesn't believe me they I ordered her some so she feels I've let her down but the catalogue has let us both down🤬🤬🤬

Poor customer service 

I place an order for an iMac on the 7th December. On the 8th I was checking my account and noticed my order wasn't there so I went on web chatso I went on web chat someone called SA told me my item had already been dispatchedtold I thought to myself wowI that's quick.

on the 9th trying to check tracking details and there was nothing there spoke to someone else they told me my order hasn't even been processed.

Went on Facebook messenger a woman called Megana told me
I have had a look into this for you and I can see that your order has been picked and they are in the process of getting it ready to be despatched.

At the moment, I see no reason why you won't receive your order.

Then sam told me Our Teams have advised that they will get the Apple 24" iMac despatched this week. Ending the 24th

This is now a new week they are now ignoring my Messages
This is totally disgusting customer service and disrespectful for their customers I'm spending £1400 and you're treating me like thisand you're treating me like this

Nightmare - Shop here Think twice

First, I'm the real customer, Second, I have an extremely bad and horrible experience.

I purchased my goods about a month ago, but I never received any confirmation emails from ace.co.uk when my order arrived missing an item. Nothing has been emailed, nothing has been notified! There is nothing!!!

I chat with their CS team a lot, they are super unhelpful (I think what they can do are very limited?) and always try to kick me out of the conversation... Anyway, I talked with at least 10 REAL CS people, and I still don't have a clear answer...

What I want is the product, if it out of stock, a refund to my credit card, that's it, SIMPLE!!

I am writing to add to a one star review I gave last week. I think it is a company bedevilled with a lack of transparency and poor communication but not corrupt. I eventually got a refund as my item was out of stock , life would have been much easier if they had told me that in the first place instead of sending me a lot of AI generated comments that were not relevant.

Ace appears to have been taken over by cowboys please avoid.

They charged me twice, which I managed to query with my bank and sent no communication now they have said 3 and a half weeks later that the items are out of stock. I have shopped happily with them for decades but it now seems that they are happy to scam customers I now have no presents to give and as I have paid in advance I cannot afford to replace them .AVOID

The updated website has left me with no…

The updated website has left me with no means of speaking to a real person! I have ordered 2 items coming from a 3rd party without the necessary documents & no way of finding them . The website is just a loop! I'm now stuck with items I no longer want/need in addition to which I have to pay for returns. I must have been a customer from Ace's early days, judging from my account number, but the company has sadly gone downhill fast since being taken over by Studio. I can't even see a detailed statement any longer! Very dissatisfied & disappointed 😞

Next to none customer service

Every time I order they never send the full order out and I am left chasing for weeks. The customer service is diabolical with no empathy or understanding of customer service skills what do ever. They apparently have no complaints procedures to follow or anyway of checking my own order. It wants closing down ... Due to low income and high bills I was relying on this order for Xmas for toys for the kids..... Well looks like I am going to have 3 disappointed kids Xmas morning......

I have been a customer for many years…

I have been a customer for many years but now I find the contact is nearly non existent to communicate any queries or order problems webchats are limited to questions that do not help your particular problem no phone contact even though they show a telephone you cannot look at your orders or a breakdown of statements I only find payments due and payments made very uninformative if your keeping track . I will be closing my account I suggest they listen to customers and sort out a good way of communication otherwise reliable customers like myself will leaving and purchasing from with companies they can get in touch with.

Ordered goods on the 24th of October…

Ordered goods on the 24th of October and still not recieved them, have sent god knows how many emails, get the same reply they have a new ordering system, yet the goods are showing on my statement, next stop will be citizens advice, never had a problem when it was Ace, but studio have a lot to answer to.

Pathetic

Apsoluttely awful I just can't order at all they keep directing me to the studio account where I have no credit yet I have credit available on ace and just not letting me order oh but no problem there paying a bill quick enough to let you do that and customer bot service is a joke it's appalling I won't bother again will shut it down

I am so disappointed with Ace Catalogue…

I am so disappointed with Ace Catalogue unhelpful changes on their website and in particular relating to the impossibility to speak to some one or email . Contacting them has been made almost impossible and certainly is not consumer friendly. It feels as if they don't want to allow customers contact. I have been with Ace for at least 18 years and was always happy with the service and being able to ring should it be necessary. I currently have an order but apart from the acknowledgment email I have heard nothing. My acknowledging email says the order will be with me by 10th November 2023. Up to now not a word not even if dispatched. Worse still you cant seem to contact them other than that stupid little drop down avoidance they have developed pretending to be customer services. If you don't want my custom just tell me. I can spend my money elsewhere.

I have been with ace catalogue for years but I am really not happy.I ordered nearly £200 worth goods nearly a month ago I have still not received my items and have already been charged.I have emailed over and over and get the same answer they have been dispatched etc.I have emailed for them to cancel my order and reimbursement my account.But they can't do that because it's been dispatched omg to top it off they have sent me an email my statement ready and have charged me interest on the goods I haven't received

Impossible to itemised order breakdown or progress

I have noticed very recently that it is absolutely impossible to review the progress of outstanding orders or even check previous itemised order detail. I wanted to check on the status and delivery of my order and there was no way to progress the status of items on order, on the site. There is no CHAT system to assist and the "Contact Us" system does not cover this kind of query. A telephone call only puts you through to ordering and they were unable to assist with my query. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have shopped with ACE24 for over 20 years and find the new changes to their website intolerable. Any customer should be able to see an itemised bill on their statement - not just a lump sum charge with no breakdown or a link to the original order.

Finally!!!!
After telling me I could NOT cancel part of my order, they did. The items were ordered Sept 16th, 2023, yet they didn't have the items in stock, but expected me to pay, my bill is due tomorrow Nov 15th. Online my invoice showed £81.99, but I managed to call someone, my invoice to them was showing £61.99, I have today paid in full, and will be closing my account, sadly after a long association, I cannot stand the stress of NO communication and some 13 emails, FB and online trys. I am reporting to Trading Standards. Good bye ACE....After 10 wks of aggravation!

Not even worth 1 star! Do not order from these they are absolutely awful! I haven’t received my order and no one wants to do anything about it. Still getting charged and the customer services don’t answer your question it’s the same scripted answer everytime!

Ordered a sofa from these incompetent…

Ordered a sofa from these incompetent jokers to match an armchair that I previously purchased, 7 days later I received an email telling me the sofa was out of stock and told I have received a refund that will take 3-5 days to go into my bank??!!!! Advice to ace from studio, get the guys in the warehouse to do a stock check so that your not selling items that you don’t actually have!! Avoid ace from studio these guys couldn’t find their own as$hole with both hands!!

Ace catalogue has scammed me

Ordered a two piece sofa, a two seater and three seater. They delivered the two seater and said the three seater will be later in the week. Over 5 weeks later it’s still not here. When phoning them up was told there isn’t anything that can be done and refused to open up a compensation claim. I have to conclude that I’ve been scammed and folk should look elsewhere when buying expensive items.
