My credit is not the best but i was approved for a loan it was fast and i had the money the next day. They take the money out of my account and they work with me if i do not have the full amount as long as they know within a few days!!!

Great Experience, easy to use and funds available quickly. However the interest rate is outrageous and my "pay off" date was 2 months later than expected due to the interest. If I ever need this again, I will pay it off right away, not let the minimum payments be made out of my check. The customer service was amazing and always attentive to my questions! Will recommend them!

Although interest rates are exorbitant, I was quickly and efficiently serviced by a polite professional. I knew what I was getting into and got what I was promised, when promised. I would use Ace again if another emergency arose

I did my loan online very easily. It was a great experience. I paid the loan at my local office, and the ladies I dealt with there were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a tremendous experience and I would definitely recommend them.

It was very easy to get approved. Shame on me though for not paying attention to the interest rate. 416% interest in a bit ridiculous. Also, when you finance a large amount it makes it harder to pay your other bills with a large loan payment coming out ofevery check. It would probably be a better experience if it was a once a month payment. I would reluctantly use ACE again for a small amount, but never again for a large amount.

Get u approved fast. Get the loan right away.
Your locked down with payments. I don't like it. I asked if I can make a payment once a month they said no. Its every time I get paid. Which sucks! It makes it hard to pay other bills. I can't say I would recommend them. I pay every time and they can't work with you on making this easier.

They informed me that I qualified for loan then it took more then 24 hours to go in my bank account. Also gave them my pay dates and they took money out before the date and caused insufficient funds. I have never had a negative bank balance before.

Completing the process was quick and easy, however the end product is a little bit problematic. I selected the date for my account to be debited and when the final papers were submitted to me I noticed that the dates had been changed forward when the date I requested fell on a weekend or holiday. I think it is more than a little presumptuous that my payroll would follow suit. I would think that the date would have been moved to the next business day and not the previous! Otherwise a necessary service in an emergency.

I received the loan and paid it back with no problems at all. Good company to work with.

I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

I wouldn't recommend it to no one i don't like the fact if its a bank holiday in the are supposed to withdraw your money out on monday they takes it out that Friday i glad i still had money in my account no satisfied
