It was bad due to someone stole my info in I wasn't able to renew my loan after I been successfully paying on it with no problems.

They are the most expensive but the easiest to use. Mobile site is nice and easy to navigate and the process to approval is easier than more...but like I said..they charge the highest rates.

How much cash loan am I good for

What I did not like about ACE is this: Every time I tried to sign into my account I would also have to change the password or call customer service. BUT THE WORST IS NOT BEING ALBE TO SEE MY ACCOUNT WHEN EVERY I WANT TOO. I was so upset that I ask the rep what were they trying to hide. She apologized and stated that I could take a look at the paperwork that I signed online. Unlike other companies ACE does not let you see your account. I WILL NEVER BORROW FROM THEM AGAIN. I like to see how my account is going down or if I don't agree with something I can see it in black and white to dispute it. You don't get that with this company.

I only had there money for 12 days. And, I had to pay back $450.00 on top of my loan.

I did a online loan i will NEVER give them my money again. I took out a loan for 400 i had to pay 800 back hell naw then when i called customer service to call to pay early they told me the total i had to pay, corporate was telling me something different (trying to make me pay more money) i dont suggest them to anyone. Horrible service also

I needed help fast, and I received it in record time, and even felt that the reminder calls before my payments were due were helpful, as they were very nice and considerate.

Everything went as planned.

When my Brother past away in March I was devastated. Since he was cremated there would be no where to go visit him until I found out that I could have a memorial Bench placed in his Honor, at the Park where we grew up. Ace was there when no one else was willing. Interest is a but high but I guess it's the price to pay.

I was planning on just going ahead and paying off my loan, so I called and asked for the payoff. I could have paid it then but I was heading into work... so I said it can wait until Monday. I call on Monday (only a few days later) and the payoff has somehow gone up 50 bucks. I was completely shocked. She asked if I wanted her to ask the supervisor. I said yes, absolutely. I was polite the entire time. She returned to the phone some time later to inform me there was "nothing they could do." I had explained to her I had just enough to pay off the loan. And I planned on being a returning customer. After this, once my loan is paid I will no longer go through you guys or refer you any longer. The point is to satisfy the customer, within reason, correct? I was completely unsatisfied. I've paid quite a bit of interest already. So you guys definitely got business out of me, even letting me pay off early. Why not satisfy me to redeem the previous loan payoff amount so I could become a returning customer and continue referring you guys?
