There crooks

There horrible people taking people money giving you the run around. Passing the phone to each other giving excuses. I Been calling since yesterday and still on the phone for $55. My account suddenly restricted

UNSATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I GOT A NOTICE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT, AND ALSO MY HUSBAND ACCT/THAT MY CARD WAS RESTRICTED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE 9AM THIS MORNING AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES FOR 20/25/30 MINUTES, THEN THE PHONE JUST HANG UP, I ALSO WENT TO AN ACE LOCATION, SAME THING HAPPENED. I WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS, I REALLY DO NEED TO PAY MY BILLS, AND I DO HAVE MY MONEY ON THE CARD. I AM TOTALLY GONNA FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BANK, AFTER SEVERAL YEARS, I AM OVER ACE FLARE.

They send you through loopholes

They send you through loopholes. They don't tell you where your money's at and make it seem like it's just floating in the air. Try to put the blame on other people of other companies. There's never a manager or supervisor available. They put you on hold forever and nobody comes back to the phone and then eventually hang up on you. They try to make you change your information to your account. When you try to tell them you don't want to. They ask you all the security questions and once you get it right, they still try to come up with an excuse. I can't believe that this bank is still here

These people suck i have called 5 times…

These people suck i have called 5 times about a dispute. on 4th call they got it put in finally and told me i had to submit a written dispute to get a credit within 10 days. So while on the phone with the man i sent that email to email he provided. today 10 days letter i get an email telling me NO CREDIT cause i didnt submit the letter i have now been on hold waiting for UPERVISOR FOR 25 MINUTES

My husband has had an account with you…

My husband has had an account with you guys for 15 years approximately because that's where he had his direct deposit go into. A couple weeks ago my husband noticed several charges for $97 each I think there were four of them that he was disputing because he did not make those charges, so they stopped his account sent him a temporary card and before he got the temporary card he got a message on his phone saying that they activated a card that he did not even have so he called them back told them he hadn't gotten my card yet they said they'd send it in the mail in two days if he would pay them $25 more dollars, so he did. By the time he got that card in the mail he tried to activate it and they wouldn't activate it because they said it was no good. He's asking what is the problem here? They do not know what they're doing! Finally they got upset with him and told him they wanted to close his account! This is what he wanted to do anyway but he wasn't going to do it until he had all his money back because there's $3,000 missing. He had $16,000 in there and now there's only $13,000 and he'd like to know where that money went? They said they're going to investigate it but I doubt that they do and he's waiting for his money still so we'll see how much money they send him
He will also be filing a police report if they do not send him the $16,000 that they owe him.

Horrible service poorly handled they comst

Horrible service. All the representatives are really rude. They don't help. They give you the runaround they lie. They play games and they are bad for people's health who has bad health problems. They will make my pressure go through the roof growing true and ruin my son's nine birthday yesterday after she gave me a courtesy one time they said and then I got the refund back. Finally. I'll be trying to dispute the clamisg about since this time early last yesterday morning they blocked my account now. I can't get it. All of a sudden

I was struggling trying to get access to my money and a young lady named Dorothy one of your attendants helped me through the process also she gave me some very knowledgeable advice that would also help me along this path that we call life and I really appreciate it because people of such nature are hard to find these days. Don't Dispute with these uncaring people!!!!

Field a Dispute regarding an unauthorized transaction made without my consent on A bank of america ATM. They have the audacity to say I was lying about money being stolen from my Account closed my Dispute and didn't get my money back there are scammers!!!!!!!! This Ace flare account bull are damn scams uncaring fraud

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would rather die than deal with them ever again. They will just randomly restrict your card it seems whenever they feel like it. Do not trust this banking system would rather put my money under my mattress.

First and formost this bank charged me $56 to withdrawal $2000, then the people they have anserwing the phones are cluless and can barley speak English. This is disgusting I transfered money over then it takes 3-5 days to do so! That's the dumbest bs I've ever heard in my life. I could of went to the ATM and pulled it right out! After this week I will only do deposits and pull everything out immediately! Rip off artist

Terrible company

Terrible company, they have no consideration for there customers. Can't imagine why I stayed with them so long.
Everyone I referred are also planning to close their accounts. I do not recommend this company. NOT GOOD.

CLONES!🚫

#1. I am totally convinced that the entire customer service department is a clone of one extremely rude woman! Because they all sound exactly the same!!!

#2 They asked me multiple times for my name and then continued to call me Ma'am everytime. Like they didn't know how to pronounce BRENDA.

#3 Honestly there is so many things wrong with the customer service that I am so over it. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING THIS COMPANY!!

NEGLIGENT DISPUTE DEPARTMENT

On October 12, 2023, I initiated a fraud dispute for unauthorized and fraudulent charges on my ACE FLARE Metabank account. Contents of my wallet were lost/stolen after an approximately 11pm purchase at a Walmart in Lewisville, TX at either self-checkout as I was sacking my groceries or in the parking lot as I was putting my groceries in the car. Upon awaking I noticed my card had been used through the night and I immediately reported it lost/stolen and filed a claim. I reached out to the Lewisville police department and they said it was a case of identity theft and I should submit a fraud alert to all three bureaus. I have sense also filed an actual police crime/theft report at the Lewisville Police Department.

In my wallet I keep my kids baby pictures with their birthday because they are birthday pictures. The THIEF figured out my PIN and went to the nearest casino because I live in an area near the Texas/Oklahoma border. Residents of TX, including myself, go to Oklahoma ALL the time. My debit PIN was also the same as a casino rewards card in my wallet. They withdrew my reward bonus bucks from the card too when they discovered it was the same as my debit card PIN.

I waited 10 business days to get the results of the claim and it was denied on October 26, 2023. I then called and emailed NETSPEND customer service to file an APPEAL. I was told to wait another 10 days for "documents " to be EMAILED to me because those "documents" that were so-called used as a basis for the denial were being "compiled"....it does not take 10 days to email anything. I was also told that my "Dispute Analyst " would reach out to me in 2 business days. It has been over 2 business days and I have not heard from this so-called Analyst. I was also told my Appeal was "escalated" and I would hear from the corporate manager....again it's been over 2 business days and NO ONE has called me. I am getting blanket, cut-n-paste messages from a trash customer service team and that's it. All I have gotten is another message which is a duplicate of the SAME denial notice from October,26th 2023 with no formal process to appeal this BOGUS decision.

As I said, residents in my area go across the border all the time to gamble and have fun. IF the basis of denying my claim was simply because of past transaction activity at this place, that would be just as BOGUS as denying someone's claim of unauthorized activity at WALMART simply because that person has shopped at Walmart in the past....EVERYBODY shops at Walmart....just like EVERYBODY in my area crosses the border to go to Oklahoma's casinos since Texas has no casinos.

The thief that stole my money has also caused me to be incredibly late on my rent and an eviction has been filed and my son and I are in danger of getting evicted now because of THIS!!!!!! AND NETSPEND'S NEGLIGENCE IS PROOF THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COMPANY OR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

They have a 1 STAR Yelp/Google rating because they are HORRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!!!!!! So CLEARLY, I am not the only one who has had issues with this company. They should be out of business.

I have hired an attorney to sue NETSPEND for my money back, eviction filing fees and other incurring financial and emotional damages.

Have not received my direct deposit

Have not received my direct deposit. First girl said it was pending second call a guy said nothing then when I ask for a supervisor he told me it was something within the company I wasn’t the only person not receiving my deposit. They gave no idea of the processing time and telling me that I can check my account online or text for updates. Well duh what u think I been doing. The gut was very rude over talking me and was upset that I ask for a supervisor. I’m getting another bank asap I am very upset that the customers didn’t receive notice that it was a problem with deposit and they are tells me to look out for updates like I don’t have bills to pay.
