A really good introductory session with Ankur Singh. he was careful to explain the features and make sure I understood.
I am sure I will forget half of what he taught me but he has shown where to access the comprehensive training library. He also kindly gave his number and email so I can contact him if I need additional support

They simply have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Mohit was amazing, he patiently, calmly and happily walked me through how to get my phone service up and running. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. Can't speak highly enough about my experience!
