ACE Service and stunning lights
Whenever I order something and am then asked to provide a review, I don't. You can't review something straight away; things go wrong and that's when you really find out how a company works... When I ordered 2 Humble lamps from ACE at the beginning of December, only one came. I got in touch and was told it was the 'fault of the packing department' and they had now run out of stock, but that they'd be getting some more in and I'd be at the top of the list. I wasn't convinced, but I had my Humble lamp 10 days later. Unfortunately, whilst the Humble lamps gave beautiful lighting, neither of them recharged properly. Again I got in touch. I could into lots of detail, but I won't. All I will say is that the service was ACE and I now have one brand new Humble lamp and one in which the connection has been repaired. Both are beautiful, give gorgeous, ambient light - for a couple of weeks' worth of evenings. They recharge fully after 6 hours. Highly recommendable. Tim and Sofie were superb!
