They’re good except I had to cut off the rubber hanging down things that hold your own boot in place. They’re much too long and can’t get my boot in

From very first contact Karen has been incredibly patient & supportive. This is my first use of micro cement & trust me Dave & Brandon were fantastic as tutors during my training day, which is a must for newbies like me. Finally as I embarked on my first project Karen & Dave were never too busy to discuss any issues. The whole experience has been amazing. From the moment I walked into Achtis a few years ago, after searching the internet for a micro cement supplier for a good friend of mine’s bathroom floor. I have been met with nothing but open arms and helpful information.
I am a multi skilled builder and started with plastering so having a trowel in my hand was pretty second nature. That until my first attempt at microcement. Well not exactly but the specific application was different to putting skim on. However both Karen and David were hugely helpful we got a great finish on the floor. To mine and my mates delight.

Since this job I have completed a few projects while using their products and I am always immensely satisfied. They always provide real show stoppers for my portfolio and because of the way the company operates I genuinely look forward to doing them and working with Achtis.

After discussion and detailed advice from Karen at Achtis - our client on a high end new-build selected Spatulato & Basalto for full floor & wall treatments to three wet-room/ bathrooms. Our specialist Venetian plasterer ( Peter Connolly) used the handy sample pots to create sample boards showcasing several finishes / colours.
Karen kept in contact throughout the process - going the extra mile to ensure speedy delivery of extra material to enable completion of the project.
The client is delighted with the finished project & we will certainly use ACHTIS & their range of products on future contracts.
