A smooth delivery.
We were advised a day in advance by email of the delivery slot, and then on the day, the drivers called us 1 hour ahead of the delivery to make sure we would be expecting them. The 2 men were very helpful and they carried the mattresses upstairs to the bedroom where we wanted them to go. They made sure they didn't disturb anything on the way. A very good delivery!
