Just purchased an Audi RS6 Performance Carbon Vorsprung from Paddy at Acklam Cars for £106k. They advertised the car as only having 2 previous owners but when I received the V5C I find out that I am the fourth owner despite the car only being 28months old. Therefore it had THREE previous owners and not TWO. They also advertised the car as having a FULL AUDI service history and I then find out that this is also wrong as the first service was carried out by a Jaguar Land Rover dealer. Don`t be took in by their slick advertising and expensive cars as when you have a problem with them they will not engage. This matter is now in the hands of my solicitor due to the false advertising and misrepresentation from Acklam Cars. I would like to point out to Acklam Cars that In the UK, if a used car is misrepresented, the garage or seller has a legal obligation to refund the buyer if the car is faulty or not as described. The Consumer Rights Act provides a short-term right to reject a faulty vehicle within the first 30 days of purchase, allowing for a full refund. I emailed Acklam Cars two weeks after I purchased the car to request a full refund but they decided to ignore me.

To all potential customers do your own research as once you purchase a car from Acklam Cars they will stonewall you and try to deny you your legal protections.

Upon arrival made very welcome, the team were very polite , knowledgeable and very helpful, the transfer of cars was seamless.
Will definitely buy from them again. Thank you for making the experience of buying our new car a very special one.

Outstanding Service Experience!
I called Acklam Cars to enquire about one of their cars I was interested in buying. From that call, the service I experienced with Joe, going through all the details of the car, paper work, reassurances here and there, offering to do the paper work for my part exchange as I had could not find my V5, to giving me a good rate for the PX.... I could say was well beyond 5*

When I confirmed the exchange and pick up date, I was told I'd not have to wait for long for the process and this was the first time I spent less than 30mins at a dealership sorting out the purchase and exchange. Literally took 3mins (I think that was John) for the paper work to be completed and spent the rest just going through the car itself.

Claire gave a fantastic after sales care as well.
Already sent their details to friends of mine who are now looking to make their next car purchase.

The thing that attracted me to Acklam Cars was their use of social media and the way they presented the wide range of vehicles they had on offer. When I decided to take the plunge and visit the show room I was approached, welcomed and encouraged to look around. Dealing with Paddy was extremely straightforward, professional and was without all of the usual things that occur at a main dealer. I’ve purchased a number of high end vehicles over the years and this was the best experience by far.

From enquiry on a Sunday to collecting on Saturday the buying experience has been hassle free and beyond my expectations. Having bought cars only from main dealers in the past, I was apprehensive heading into the unknown, but from the first enquiry call through to collecting my new car, my goodness, a first class service all round. I bought a Mercedes from Acklam Cars. Probably the least expensive car in their showroom but I was treated just as well as their high end customers. The car is immaculate and very well prepared with quality new tyres. I can't fault it. A very professional company.
