The course itself is good. However, technical support is poor. I sent several correspondences via email and phone. I spoke to Angela about not being able to download certificates. She didn’t seem... See more

ACLS
I appreciate that you can do the exam on-line and print your card at home immediately (for those of you who procrastinate)! They will send you a “real” card in the mail in 3-10 days, but in the mean time, you have something to show your employer.
Quick and easy to complete
Quick and easy to complete. Thorough review for recertification.
Not what it used to be
After paying by credit card it took over 24 hrs to get access to the ACLS course online. So plan ahead for that. Also after more than 1 week of completing the course I am still waiting for my ACLS card in the mail. The link on the website to view and print a digital copy of the card does not work.
So overall a poor experience. In previous years I had a much better experience with ACLS Certification Institute. What happened ?

The only problem was that my sessions were constantly interrupted every 4 minutes, because of that I had to login again in order to restart my session. That enlarged my time a lot.
I did ACLS
I did ACLS, BLS and PALS. Unfortunately, ATLS required to be in class and I hope that it would be on line at some point. Concise material and great videos. Examination was excellent as well and passed them all. I did each certification in a days time. The ability to do it on your own time is priceless. Keep up the excellent work and material is up to the current guidelines. Once again, thank you and for anyone considering the process, just go ahead and do it. It is recognized by all hospitals and major institutions as I am in the process of Credentialing and I sit on the executive committee at my institution and is recognized as valid certification.
Well presented
Well presented. Appreciate the practice test and test retakes - takes off the pressure.
Quick and done for the next 2 years ugh
