The service has been extremely poor. I am being denied a $600 bonus that I rightfully earned because of a technical error in your system. I followed all the rules and was present when my referrals completed their investments. It is unacceptable that I am being penalized for a system glitch that is not my fault. I have acted in good faith and I demand that my bonus be paid immediately. This is a total lack of respect for the customer's time and effort.
I have already contacted support and my case is supposedly under 'Manual Review'. However, providing me with a generic link to the rules does not solve the issue that my referral was initiated on February 21st. I am still waiting for a human resolution for my $600 bonus. My case remains unresolved.

The representative was extremely kind, calm, and professional. She had a very pleasant voice and communicated clearly with a great English accent. Even when I interrupted a couple of times, she was patient and allowed me to explain my questions. She answered everything thoroughly and made the whole experience very smooth. Excellent customer service.

Something wrong with this company. They refuse to give my money back after closing my account but they have my bank log in details, which results in me getting continued monthly statements for .31 cents for the past 6 years. I regret ever giving my info to this app. All they do is steal your money out of your portfolio and label it a fee. I've had fees as high as $10 at one point. Complete scam company and then when you email them they run you in a circle and then delete the email thread and outright tell you they're doing it.

I have been a customer with acorns for over 10 years. This morning I woke up to unauthorized use on my credit card I also have with them. I made an early morning phone call and the agent assisted me with canceling the card, sending form to fill out for unauthorized use and guided me through ordering a replacement carry. It was quick and efficient.
I enjoy having Acorn when I make any purchase the change is rounded up toban investment account, it really adds up in the course of a year.
Highly recommend!

I couldn’t talk enough about acorns and how great they were when they started years ago. Told everyone to join and it was a fantastic company that made investing easy. But apparently at some point they had switched to a subscription tier. Your subscription isn’t accessible through the Apple App Store and is ONLY found when going through menus on their app. I had unlinked and turned off all my investments with my account meaning I have $0 in their app and no money in or out and yet they had been charging me a monthly fee (which they never did to begin with). My account had been untouched for a good 2-3 years dormant and just saw a charge for acorns in a bank statement when really looking at it and the company when asked, said I had agreed to a monthly subscription and to have a good day. To me, this is DIRTY BUSINESS. Hidden fees even in the Apple App Store subscription section…so beware

My issue was with an accidentally locked card. The operator got my info and addressed the issue quickly and politely. I've had my Acorns account for years and they've always provided excellent service.

I canceled my subscription in March of 2025 but egg corns continued taking payments out of my checking account until September 19th of 2025 and told my bank that I didn't make a proper cancellation! Acorns owes me$48 for four payments that they took from me after I canceled my account!

My account was ultimately closed after attempting to move 5k into it.
They requested external banking statements, a screenshot of something else, my id, and selfie. No answer as to why these things were being requested of me.
What a horrible experience. How is this company still in business with such terrible and unprofessional practices.

I love the idea of Acorns but the execution of this software lies flat and not user friendly. There is not an area to keep track of monies coming in and seeing it being invested. I had it set up for weekly withdrawals but this did not happen. It is not user friendly. I gave this platform several months and it did not become easier to use nor was the monies being invested. I am a CFP and always looking for ways to get younger or non investment minded people to start investing. This fell flat. I am looking at other platforms.

The facts that you loss access to the app as soon as you cancel the subscription even if it’s the start of the month, and if you dare ask for a refund they tell you it’s your problem. Than let me have access to the information that i paid for.
