THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! There was a $500.00 debit took out of my checking account from Acorn that I never authorized. When I called them, they refused to help me and told me if I wanted my money back I would half to contact my bank they would nothing on their end. My Acorn account had been closed for nearly a year when this happened. BEWARE!! CROOKS!!!!!!

Accorns play tricks, specially with referral bonus, I referred 5 people, all accounts from my 5 referrals were in good standing and suddenly before the bonus expired they put one of the accounts in bad standing so that they do not have to pay the bonus, from this account they put in bad standing they kept charging money even thought they suspended they account, be careful stay awake from this,also seems this platform wants your data… if I could give zero as a review I would do it.

Customer service reps were nice but they weren’t able to resolve the issue I had with the referrals in order to get the referral bonus.
