Just for the record, in my previous review I only submitted written comments. Unfortunately, I did not fill in the star rating which was set at 3 stars, which I missed. But I would like to correct that with this review. Chris is extremely helpful, obliging and obviously takes great pride in his work. A pleasure to deal with someone like him and a great testament to your company to have him represent you. Again today, he dealt with our query with effeciency and dedication.

The stairlift does the job, but didn’t expect it to take two and a quarter minutes and is bumpy at changes in angle at connections in the rail.

Regret the delay in completing this review but we have been away! What a pleasure dealing with a Company which has all Staff committed to dealing with customer in such a professional way! Salome in the Office did not hesitate to get Desmond down from Durban to give us a quote ..... following up on all things. Desmond came in and installed the Stairlift and he too took the trouble to make sure we understood everything about the Stairlift and its workings. The Stairlift has made a difference to our lives in that we now do not have to move on as the 17 stairs from the garages and front door up into the lounge area might prove to be too much for me having broken and ankle and fibula and out of action for 5 months. Acorn lifts is a great company in terms of their after sales service. From an engineering point of view, i was not totally satisfied with the operation, and they personally ensured, that a tech be sent from Durban to Gauteng to resolve and reset the entire installation. The performance of the equipment is now great.

First phone call was answered by Yolande who was very professional in setting up an appointment for Desmond to call the next working day to measure up and give a quote. Two days later, Desmond was on site to install the chairlift. Desmond was extremely professional and left on the same day after a job well done.

He also gave a curve whereas another company said it was not possible and he received many compliments from my neighbours on how he worked so hard during the day.
