Having been using one of their plugins for the last 3 years, I had my first issue with the plug in which was a little odd, however after contacting their support the issue was resolved which was down to a change to the website template which they resolved for me quickly and efficiently and really appreciated!!! Thanks!!

Like most people I only write reviews after I've had a good or a bad experience. I'm writing a positive review today after having a great experience with Acowebs. They helped me with one of my clients websites that had a custom field added in the WooCommerce checkout. They found the error in a custom field value and fixed the error in under 24 hours. This makes me very pleased that I paid for this plug-in because I'm not just paying for the Software. I am also paying for the Support. This has kept an important client happy, but if this was a bad result, it could've cost us a lot of money. The plug-in itself is very useful. It can add all sorts of custom fields to a WooCommerce checkout, with easy options for adding optional pricing and also conditional logic for a number of factors including whether the custom field is visible or not.

I downloaded a WordPress plug-in which I was having some issues with, and the team responded to my email so quickly and helped me resolve the problem. Plug-in is now working smoothly on my website, thank you!

Positive experience with Acowebs support.
Although the problem was caused by a bug in their plugin, it's reassuring that they detected it quickly after I reported it and made a new version available.

I had a few questions about dynamic integrations with the WooCommerce Custom Product Addons, and they provided excellent support. They even shared a piece of code to help implement specific functionality. Outstanding support!

Acowebs is always my go to for a product addons plugin, it has the best features and is very easy to use. Support is excellent, anytime i need help, mainly with custom formulas for pricing/discounts etc, they have been very helpful and always got it working quickly.

We love Acoweb's Deposit and Payments plugin. It works exactly as expected. During a major WooCommerce update, it quit working. I should note that many other plugins were affected by this update. We contacted Acowebs and they immediately fixed it. We are very happy.

The product itself is excellent, though we encountered some significant support hurdles once the initial refund window closed. It took some persistence to get issues addressed after that point, but I’m happy to report that everything was eventually resolved. My advice: do your thorough testing early, as the support process becomes much more complex later on.

Great plugin to add options and additional fields to your products.
One of the reasons we use it is google maps integration, so our customers can select directly pickup/drop off locations and we have it reflected in the order details.

The support is also great, offering knowledgeable and quick answers to a query.
We ran into an issue, needing a test license for bug fixing, and support pointed as to the test-* dev-* supported license model - which is great and more developers should offer this kind of license model.
