Very good communication

The ordered wetsuit was not available at the beginning due to low production caused by COVID19. However I was always updated about the situation and communication via email and whatsapp was great. The suit was sent immediately once it was in stock again and arrived shortly after. Thumbs up 👍👍

Il mio Italiano era molto terribile ma....

Il mio Italiano era molto terribile! Ma Acquasub'a had the Limited Edition Cressi Speargun I wanted!! Alora.... so between both a little bit of broken English and a little bit of Italian the order was sent to Canada!

Catastrofe

I don't know why I ordered again here on this site.. Last year I had problems, they sent me the wrong size bcd and instead of socks they sent me shoes... This year I ordered new equipment, first I was waiting 3 weeks to get it and second, I ordered Aqualung Thermocline gloves, and they sent me Cressi Ultra strech.. Ofcorse they stoped answering my emails.. Never I will ordered here again!!!

Vaffanculo !

It's a store with a proprietor with a corrupt philosophy who uses PAY-PAL as a cover and abdicates his responsibility as a seller.

I ordered 22 items of diving equipment from a website operated by Acquasub on July 18, 2021, for a total cost of € 661.80

Of the above diving equipment, I ordered 6 pairs of black-colored Concorde fins made by Mares.

The total cost for the 6 pairs of fins was € 245.40

After more than a month of waiting from the day I placed my order, the product was finally shipped to Japan on August 19.

When I opened the package that arrived in Japan, I found that although the fins I ordered were black in color, the 6 pairs of fins delivered were all green in color.

Could it be that the buyer entered the wrong color when ordering on the website? No, that is not true. Because there is no page on the Acquasub web page where the buyer can order the green color fin.

Since I had paid for the goods through PAY-PAL, I filed a claim based on PAY-PAL's terms and conditions, which protect the buyer, because the goods were completely different from what I had ordered.

Barbara, the owner of the store, sent a message to me stating that Maria Luisa, the shipping manager, admitted that she had shipped the wrong color and that "it was our mistake.

I was contacted by PAY-PAL customer support and instructed to send back to Italy all 22 items I had ordered, including the wrong one, as the seller would accept a full refund.

The package to be sent back to Italy from Japan weighs 17 kg and the shipping costs are € 249.48 , which I, the buyer, am obliged to pay in Japan.

Will the shipping cost be reimbursed by the seller to the buyer if the cost of return shipping is proven by presenting a receipt to PAY-PAL? When I asked PAY-PAL customer support, they said that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping because the cost of shipping is not under PAY-PAL's jurisdiction.

You should be aware that PAY-PAL's terms and conditions that protect the buyer are a total lie and actually protect the seller.

In this order the seller accidentally sent me 6 pairs of green fins, why do I have to send back all the other 16 items of diving equipment? This condition is too unreasonable.

If the full amount of my order € 661.81 was refunded, and the buyer would have to pay € 249.48 to send everything back to Italy, that means I would only receive € 412.33 back, even though I had no diving equipment left.

This is actually a pernicious protocol in which PAY-PAL and the seller conspire to make the buyer give up on returning the product or getting a refund, even if the seller has shipped the wrong product, because they consider it disadvantageous for the buyer to bear the hassle and cost of returning the product.

Using PAY-PAL's corrupt terms and conditions in favor of the seller as a cover, it is absolutely unacceptable for sellers to abdicate their responsibility to compensate buyers for misdeliveries and to reship products.

On the Acquasub website, you will find the following shipping policy.

Correctly ordered but faulty goods will be collected from customer FOC and replacement product will be re-delivered FOC.

I sent several messages to Barbara, acknowledging the misdelivery of the Acquasub and asking her to resend the black fins that the buyer had ordered, but at the end of the message from Barbara, she wrote Good bye!

Don't think you can go through your days unimpeded by a rotten business philosophy that lacks any sincere ethics as a seller.

They say that those who do wrong will always be punished by the heavens, but I think Acquasub should go to hell.

Merce non ancora consegnate dopo più di 2 mesi!

Alcune merci non ancora consegnate più di 2 mesi dopo il pagamento!
Comunicazione non facile: prima di effettuare l'ordine, è stato necessario un mese per ottenere chiarimenti sulla descrizione del prodotto (la differenza tra OR024502 e 33380 potrebbe essere chiarita sul sito).
Al ricevimento del pacco, il valore dichiarato della merce sulla scatola è superiore al valore effettivo della merce, con conseguente tassa di importazione aggiuntiva.
All'apertura del pacco mancava un articolo (1 paio = 2 pezzi invece di 2 paia = 4 pezzi) e conteneva un articolo sbagliato (1 sottomuta in due pezzi invece di 1 sottomuta monopezzo).
Quindi, ho pagato più tasse per contenuti mancanti o errati. Doppia penalità! Vi ringrazio molto!

Più di un mese dopo aver notificato che il contenuto del pacco non era conforme all'ordine 28785, non ho ancora ricevuto risposta alle mie telefonate o alle mie e-mail. Quando mi spedirete il paio di spallacio Scubapro mancante e la sottomuta monopezzo Scubapro K2 Extreme mancante?

Punti di forza del venditore:
-prodotti: propone ancora prodotti Ocean Reef non disponibili altrove
-prezzi: molto competitivi

Some goods still not delivered more than 2 months after payment!
Communication not easy: before placing order, it took one month to get clarification about product description (the difference between OR024502 and 33380 could be clarified on the website).
When received the parcel, the declared value of goods on the box is higher than the actual value of goods, resulting in additional import tax.
When opening the parcel, it missed an item (1 pair = 2 pieces instead of 2 pairs = 4 pieces) and contained a wrong item (1 two-piece undersuit instead of 1 one-piece undersuit).
So, I paid more tax for missing or wrong content. Double sentence! Thank you very much!

Hello Barbara,
More than one month after notifying the parcel content was not according to order 28785, I still got no reply to my phone calls or my e-mails. When will you ship me the missing pair of Scubapro shoulder pads and the missing single-piece Scubapro K2 Extreme suit?

Strong points of the Seller:
-products: they still proposes Ocean Reef products not available elsewhere
-prices: very competitive
For other points, look at the other 15% bad/poor/average evaluations...

they do not deliver the paid equiment

The shop wasn't able to deliver my equipment for a month. I have sent dozen of emails without any response and had three phone calls with Barbara assuring me that I will get my equipment. But I didn't receive it prior to my diving trip, so I am very disappointed and need to buy the missing parts of my equipment somewhere else. I haven't met anyone with such an approach to their customers.
